It's been two years and I never received my new card. No one is available to talk to via phone, website or email. Worst service ever

These things are awesome, they’re super easy to add your links to and even easier to share your socials/business website or review links with customers. Makes getting reviews 10x easier so customers actually do it!

I ordered a Tappy card (2 pack) in sept 2023, yes 2 years ago. I have never received it and I contacted them via email 4-5 times in the last 1.5 years as I gave up.

I literally come across the last email and emailed them again, and decided that they actually deserve a bad review as I never got the product and they kept the $120 ish I spent. I wonder how many people they did this to?

Terrible customer service that gaslights you.

Did not seem to work? Why am I not able to share information?

Absolute scam! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! No card has materialised after about a year of emails with no way to get a refund.

OMG I should have read the reviews before ordering. Ordered Oct 2024. Never very received and they do not reply to emails. I will be opening a bank chargeback for sure this week.

Purchased back in Aug 2024, still waiting for the cards and have sent several emails with no response...

AVOID!!!!! Happily used the service since 2022 and then all of a sudden, my tappy just stopped working.

No response from customer service.

The company must be bust! Don’t buy it!

It was great for the first 2 years of having one of the black plastic cards. worked great letting both apple and android users grab my links when playing dj sets. But today (04th Sept. 2024) it no longer works! when someone follows the NFC or the QR, it just links to a ‘buy a card’ landing page!! and now I can’t login to my account either. the page just refreshes when i hit enter/login.
I tried emailing the support…. but no answer yet. seems like i’m not the only one here having the same experience. if they went bust then why is there still a landing page? if they didn’t go bust, what’s up Tappy? please respond.

Tappy Card was great until about a month ago.
I could no longer log in and my link no longer works.

I've used the URL at the bottom of the thousands of emails I've sent out, now it's not working.

I have absolutely no idea how many people are NOT able to access it who might be trying.

I've emailed them and tried the chat feature on their website to no avail.

Freakin money scam. Keep delaying my card getting ready since they were "backloaded" for a little over 4 months. Never gave me my money back, so lost $40 to a money scam. DO NOT EVER GET THIS BUSINESS THE TIME OF DAY!

The worst customer service i have waited 2 years for a metal car received a plastic card that doesn’t work while waiting for the order to be fulfilled
I have emailed multiple times and now they don’t even respond ti my request for a card or a refund
Please don’t use this company they are criminal they take your money and dint fulfil the orders

I ordererd a metal-card from tappy february 2022, and they sent me a plastic replacement-card due to lack of materials for production. Still not recieved the metal-version. The scan works 25% of the time (RFID) and now i can’t access the page for editing info.
Stay away and DO NOT use for business-purpose.

What a farce. Can't access my page anymore. No reply when contacting Tappy. They're still extracting funds from my a/c and that can only be stopped by contacting THEM. What a joke. All my business accessories has my Tappy QR code & the like on them, which has now rendered them defunct. Steer well clear!

I did not want to give Tappy one star but had to so I could write a review. After being a Tappy card customer since pre-pandemic. I placed an order for the clear card in December 2023. I still haven’t received the card. When I sent an email inquiring for an update on the order, I discovered that I can no longer log into my account. When I used my Tappy Card, my profile is gone. I had a monthly premium membership with Tappy as well. So they took over 6 months of premium membership payments from me, plus the money spent on the clear card just to delete my profile. Free lifetime membership from them is fake. I paid for a card and never received it. I cannot stress this enough. Do not do business with Tappy.

Absolutely disgusted. I bought some items from Tappy years ago and they were great, so I didn't think twice before ordering from them again. Biiiiiiiiig mistake.

It's been 6 weeks since I placed the order, which seemed a little long, so I followed them up with an email. No response. A week later, another email, still no response. Another week, a third email, no response. Chat bot will surely have the answers!!! No person to speak with, but I did find that my order was still waiting to be fulfilled. I now see so many other people having the same issue.

They've clearly bailed on the business but are still collecting the money. Avoid at all costs

My link / card / QR code no longer work. I have emailed them 4 times with no response. Crooks

My Tappy card doesn’t even work anymore, and I’m pissed!!!! Ain’t no customer service or way of contacting them at all.

For what started off as a great company I think has gone down hill fast!

I first purchased a card back in 2019 or 2020 and it was great had no problems. Annoyingly I lost my first card last year which of course was no fault of the company, so I had to buy a new one, so I thought I'll use Tappy again, so I brought a new card in 2023.

First of all the new card took around 3-4 months to arrive which I'm sure it said a week or 2 when I purchased it. I was able to set it up fine and it has been fine since.

Yesterday I noticed that my card no longer works and there is an Error code 404. I think the link basically needs to be renewed, but there is no way of doing it. The app is no use, I thought of creating a new account, but that doesn't seem to work. I can't access my account, I doesn't let me change my password. The webchat doesn't work and there doesn't seem to be a way of contacting them or there does, but without any response.

So thinking of binning the card and moving to TapiTag, as they seem to have good reviews and are UK based which is good for me.
