SCAM ALERT: They Stole My Money and Keep Stalling with "Few Days

Do NOT trust Linkpay.io with your money. I am speaking from a painful, firsthand experience.
I created an account around February 10th and deposited $60–70 USD into my wallet to get a Virtual Credit Card (VCC). Getting the card itself was already a nightmare — multiple issues just to set it up. And when I finally got it, they hit me with hidden fees at every single step — wallet to card, card to spend. Every move costs you money they never clearly disclosed upfront.
Then came the real betrayal.
On February 11th, Google placed a $50 authorization hold on my card. That money never came back. It's been sitting as "PENDING" ever since — not returned to my card, not returned to my wallet. Just gone, stuck in a black hole they control.
I contacted customer support multiple times. Every single time, the response was the same robotic, dismissive garbage: "Wait a few days." A few days turned into 14+ days. Still nothing. No resolution. No refund. No transparency. Just delay after delay after delay — a classic stalling tactic used by fraudulent services to exhaust and silence their victims.
I asked for a refund to my original payment source or my Binance account. Same response: "Wait a few days." These people have a script and zero intention of actually helping you.
This is not a glitch. This is not a delay. This is a scam.
They take your money, pile on hidden fees, and when something goes wrong — which it will — they stall indefinitely until you give up. Don't give up. Leave reviews. File disputes. Warn everyone.
If Linkpay.io is actually a legitimate business and not a fraud operation, reach out to me at my email and return my money immediately. Until then, I will continue warning every person I can to stay far away from Linkpay.io.

I requested withdrawal but it's been…

I requested withdrawal but it's been almost a month and it still pending while they say on their site is take up to 10 days to process, now it's been almost a month and it still pending
Update: I can't wait any longer so I told them to cancel the withdraw so I can use it for my cards and they cancelled the withdrawal
I've used linkpay for many months and their card works fine, but I don't think you guys should deposit to linkpay and expect you could withdraw from it, you should only deposit and use that money only

Ongoing withdrawl issues

I've been in contact with Ann from support and she keeps telling me that her colleagues need to process my withdrawal. It's been 2 Weeks+ and I still have not received my withdrawal after receiving a notification that says the withdrawl will take 5-6 days. Can someone from the LinkPay team please look at my withdrawl? I feel as if it's being held hostage.

Still Nothing

I've been waiting more than 4 months to be able to even issue a card and everytime I've tried to contact them they say next week and next week and then this last time they said either weeks or months til anything is working I just want to issue a card

Worst service I have ever used

Worst service I have ever used. The card can't make the transaction and when I try to withdraw the fund they don't allow me. They are lying about releasing the fund after I contact the support team. I have already contact support team on both email and telegram. They had told me that there is a banking issue from their side to process withdraw. But it had already been about three month since I waited for the banking issue to be solved. Still the banking issue haven't solved yet.

from 3 months they are facing technical issue with the bank side, and my cards have a funds which i cannot use it or i cannot withdraw. if services are not working from 3 months then why you are keeping website open?

SCAM ALERT

This is a scam company, generate card never working, moving funds from card back never works, they say bank down, there will be a new bank, withdrawal will works soon, but it's already for 2 month i'm not able to move my funds or doing anything. Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever
For your fault, a transaction was canceled on October 2024 and the website I did pay did a refund, and they sent me the invoice and proof. On the other hand, Linkpay keep refusing that refund and the only answer from them is "the bank is checking". To mention that their costumer service is the worst ever and they reply only in 2 weeks, and a short sentence. HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND USING THEM.
