We are filing a lawsuit in Ontario against Taps Depot and its Owner Sam, for failure to provide product, intentional evasion, alleging fraud.

We ordered January 15th and they refuse to refund or deliver product.

If anyone would like to join the lawsuit with any of the following issues you may join as applicants free of charge adding your issue to the suit:
1. Failure to deliver and provide product
2. Wrong product
3. No refund for above two

These guys are scammers. I ordered a Rubinbet faucet over the phone with a clear text message stating the colour and model. They ordered a different colour and wouldn't refund me for their mistake. I called the faucet manufacturer and complained about their crappy distributor and they said I should have not used them and I should have checked their online review.

Ordered taps from tapsdepot.ca got an immediate email saying my order was ready to ship. They also charged my credit card. Then 2 weeks without a tracking # or email. Called and they said ship out on Monday. 2 more weeks. Finally got through on phone and now they want more money for shipping. This is a scam site I am sure. I’ve decided to go through process to cancel through my credit card. Tapsdepot customer service is Terrible and unprofessional on the phone. Just give you the run around and their mailbox is always full you can’t even leave a message. Be warned don’t order from them

Look out for this company, they gave us a delivery date a month went by nothing came. Then they wanted more money to speed up the delivery which we paid . We had to wait several more weeks. The order was not sped up,finally received it but they didn’t care no help. Stay away from this company

Credit card was charged up front. When it was time to ship the store sent me another invoice for another 100% markup. Not a business. It's extortion.

Was promised faucets were in stock and would be received in 2 days. Agent lied and claimed they were at their warehouse and later claimed they were special order. Orders came from the USA. I was promised the items were in their possession in Canada. Later noticed the price was more expensive than other sources. Found same items on amazon.ca. ordered items cheaper on amazon afterward. I even received them before tapsdepot delivery. Taps depot refused to acknowledge the misleading behavior. They refused to cancel the order. They even forced the delivery. In the end my credit card company sided with me but be careful dealing this these people. They were sneaky to get the sale and refused to refund or cancel. Put simply they lied to me!

Please don't use this online company. I purchased a toilet.They let me know that I was in stock in December. Then, two months went by, and they kept on telling me lies that they weren't sure where it was that it was in their warehouse. Or shipping in a container. They would look in warehouse place me on hold then hang up.And then at the end at 3 months waiting. They told me they wouldn't give me a refund. They still didn't have it at that point. They had no excuse just no answers. I had to call my credit card company, because they wouldn't even respond to my emails or my phone calls.

Awful customer service! False promises over and over! Rude customer service.
Even after one month, they threathen me to cancel my order if I call them to track my shipment.
Stay away from this company.
Looks more scam to me.

These folks are straight up criminals. Do not deal with them.

I can't believe a business like this exists, let alone ranks high on Google.

I ordered a product, and after six weeks, I received an email asking me to pay for shipping. When I called just to ask why the shipping wasn't billed at the time of purchase, the person on the phone became defensive and said it was written on the invoice. When I asked where, he pointed me to one sentence buried in the middle of a full-page explanation.

I said this felt like a clearly deceptive way to charge customers, and he got angry and said, "Shut up, I'll cancel your order."

The whole conversation felt like something out of an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm. I honestly don't know whether to be angry or laugh.

I paid for two water filters $300 and they never arrived. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. The second time I called to find out about delivery the person on the phone got hostile and started screaming and yelling at me.

This company deserves no stars. Their customer service was terrible from start to finish. I ordered a product with no mention of shipping fees during checkout, and my email confirmation also showed no shipping charges. Then, four weeks later, they contacted me asking to pay additional shipping fees that were equal to one-fifth of the product’s cost. When I called to clarify, the representative was rude, argumentative, and unprofessional.

Total scam , ordered a part from their website 8 months ago paid in full , then fed me a story that the item is backordered, no longer responding to my numerous refund requests. Shame on me for not reading the reviews before ordering.

Please save yourself some time and DO NOT order from this fraudulent website. When you call customer service it seems they are in a call center in India. I've already filed a chargeback with my CC company and ordered elsewhere. STAY AWAY !!!!!!

Edit 04/10 : After not hearing from them for almost 3 weeks, I filed a report with Paypal, and got refunded right away. As soon as I did the report, I received 3 emails from Taps Depot saying that my order was ready and bla bla... Do NOT waste your time, buy from a reputable store.

Taps Depot got my attention due to its competitive prices and comparable delivery times. All was as advertised!

This company should be shut down. They should not be allowed to process a payment through credit cards. They are SCAMMERS, FRAUDSTERS, and should be avoided at all costs. Don’t learn this for yourself. Just STAY AWAY!!!

Total scam operation. They have a wonderful website but once they get your money it's hard to get a product. I paid close to $2,500 for a shower glass and after shipping it I received a two packages that were damaged including the glass. Obviously had been opened. Of course they have a no refund policy which is in itself illegal. I encourage you to report to consumer protection as well as the BBB. Of course they will try to blame us on the shipper, but it's obvious that it was sent this way. He obviously pays to have his Google reviews removed as well so you don't get direct feedback when you're ordering. Unfortunately, if you are like me, you don't notice the warnings until you investigate a bit more once you see there are going to be problems.

This is a SCAM business. DO NOT order anything from them. Promises of prompt delivery evaporate after you pay. They make excuse after excuse, claim to never refund and eventually if you wait months to get a product, it will not be what you paid for. It’s not a business, it’s a pure scam run by conman Sam Ramandi out of his run down rental that he is getting evicted from for not paying rent.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS “BUSINESS” IN ANY WAY.

I wrote a review before about not receiving my product in months, nothing but excuses, and no refunds. I finally got a random product in the mail from them that isn't even what I ordered. Emailed three times since and no response. I will be contacting Visa and reporting them for fraud. Do not shop here

I'm only writing this to get free shipping from them. It's been over a month since I ordered a shower head and they finally contacted me. I won't use them again. I still don't know what quality of shower head I'll be receiving from them.
