I bought a ceiling fan but for electrical reasons on my own we can’t install it. They canceled my order and proposed me a refund (in process for now). Everything went smoothly.

Yvorna was if great help to me with all of my questions from the light life to the warranty and the expected delivery date.
She also helped me get the discount that I did not claim immediately at the payment time as I did not see the option and I went directly to the payment. I called immediately afterwards and she managed to to get me the discount where proof was emailed to me.

Highly recommend this company for the fast response and we are looking forward to the arrival of these beautiful fans that have a very rare, lifetime warranty.

I wholly totally LOVE my Yvorna bedroom ceiling fan and will be ordering one for my living room and one for my kitchen. Beautifully designed. Additionally their service is fresh, friendly and knowledgeable AND they are Canadian. Lovely ceiling fan, lovely people.
