The Train the Trainer 2 day course was very focussed and delivered exactly what I had hoped for. The course was challenging and rewarding. I feel well equipped with the tools and understanding needed to train people effectively. Three practice presentations, with feedback, meant I had good opportunity to test my learning. I would recommend this course.

Just had a training session with Ralph and would just like to say he is a very knowledgeable man with some great skills and techniques to offer I will be looking forward to putting them into practice.

Coaching Skills Training Course.
Claire Moody of Target Training ran a 2 day course for us (PepsiCo UK Performance and Productivity Team) this week. The effort she put in to tailor the training to our specific team requirements was impressive and the training itself was excellent. This on its own would have been easily worth the minimal costs involved but when I consider the follow-up support and resources that are now available to us to reinforce the learnings and allow us to practice our newly learned skills, I have no hesitation in recommending Target as a 'Go To' provider. I recently attended the 'Train the Trainer' course in London with Target Training Associates facilitated by Ralph Moody.
What a course! We focused on question techniques, body language, structure and much more. It was delivered in a fun and interesting way. The course was full on but I came away with so much knowledge and feel like I have the skills and knowledge to make me an excellent trainer. The 12 months admission into the training academy is an added bonus too!

Ralph is a very personable and engaging trainer whom I thoroughly enjoyed learning from at the Train the Trainer course in London. All of his techniques and tips were absolutely spot-on and there is a great balance between learning theory, practical knowledge and implementing those learned techniques while we developed our own training sessions during the course. This is an absolute must-do for anyone looking to build their knowledge on the fundamentals of training to excel in their career. I am a huge advocate for what Target Training are doing and would recommend this to anyone who wants to become a FANTASTIC trainer!

I participated in a 3 day course about Motivation, Delegation and driving personal development. Claire and Ralph deliver the content in an interactive, thought provoking and fun way, it's a jam packed few days with info & insight.
