Excellent service from all the staff

Having got myself confused when ordering on line I phoned direct. Everyone was so helpful and quick to sort out what I wanted. Highly recommend . I amnow waiting for delivery of a chair I have being wanting for some time. Can't wait fo a comfortable stressless chair.

Ordering was easy. Polite and friendly service , good value compared to other outlets. Haven’t received my order as yet , waiting on Stressless making my bespoke furniture. Will do another review on delivery.

It was our first visit to Taskers of Accrington, we had been looking for a few weeks for a new three piece suite, we tried all the usual outlets but nothing took our fancy. As soon as we walked in Taskers we were greeted by friendly staff, the store was a lot larger than what we expected, and full of quality furniture, after sitting and trying lots of sofas & chairs and with lots of help from friendly staff showing us different fabrics we found what we were looking for.

Absolutely amazing choice, huge showroom and excellent service and advise. Highly recommended

As it was an individually designed/ fabric product their sales staff Paul wanted to talk through it on the telephone.

He was really good and talked through the product, no hard upsell and helped with some fabric changes and extra pillows. He went over and beyond to help us.

He and the reception staff were all really good and nice to deal with and the pricing was competitive.

It’s great to support a local British business as opposed to a big chain that imports low quality products and for which most of the cost is reflective of the TV/ marketing spend.

That isn’t my experience with Taskers who give a fair product at a fair price.

Started off as a good experience, by the end not so much. Upon entering I was shown round by Dan Ross who was extremely friendly and willing to do what he could to help.

After finding the item I wanted, I asked Dan regarding the price and he was willing to speak to someone for a better deal.

He returned with another gentleman named Dan (i will call them Dan 2) who started quickly discussing the price, pressing for a sale by the looks of it. Then at the moment of negotiation he quite rudely made a comment to the effect of "I didn't think you were the kind of people to do this".

While I understand smaller businesses trying to get the best price for themselves, I also understand it doesn't take much to be courteous and use more appropriate language when talking to customers.

After having a heated negotiate for a minor price drop, I left with the furniture I wanted. But this final interaction with Dan 2 very much soured the whole experience, not due to the price, but solely down to how he conducts himself with customers. I will not be returning should this be standard practice within the store.

I would like to give credit to the other staff and Dan Ross who helped me pick out the furniture and explained the different materials and styles that could work with what I wanted.

I was looking for an armchair that would tilt and lift with an electric footrest, the lady who served me was helpful and explained the mechanics and uses of the chair also choosing a cover.

Outstanding service. Sales people, receptionist and all staff are so friendly and helpful. Not pushy at all but well knowledgeable on all their products. We bought an amazing dining room table and chairs that was ex display. We've ordered 2 beautiful settees and an Axminster carpet. Wish we had gone to taskers before after years of buying and having to replace rubbish from the internet and so called bargain places. Absolute quality and the staff are a credit to the Company.

First class service and a great range of quality furniture

The whole staff went beyond their way to accommodate and support all of our needs giving us time and attention never pushing us to buy but constantly providing support and information when needed for us to make sure we are getting what’s best for us and not only the business. Their service was second to none and I’m saying this because we have been in every single sofas place and with their help and attitude we placed our order within our first visit to takers without hesitation wether or not to put down a deposit.
Paul especially went above and beyond to help with all our needs in a such manner that made the difference to customers.
Congratulations on your way to conduct business and we are very happy to be called your customers we are definitely coming back for anything else in the future.
