Great Quality Products at Competitive Price
Website is easy to navigate, customer service responded in good time to email queries, delivery was on time and quality of goods is exceptional and in line with expectations.
We had to wait for a restock of the Winchombe bedside tables but it was worth the wait as it was over £100 saving vs buying from The Cotswold Company for the same item.
Have recommended to family and would buy from here again.

Great items, expensive yet poor delivery
Got a free colour / wood sample sent to my house to confirm it was to our taste. It was then very easy to purchase the furniture online. It all arrived well within the expected delivery time frame with a nominated date if delivery. The delivery service was shockingly bad with furniture boxes falling over each other in the back of the van as they clearly hadnt been stacked properly or strapped down. They had to empty half of the van on my driveway to get to my items. Thats said, despite significant cosmetic damage to the packaging, the furniture was in mint condition when I unpacked them. For £65 delivery they didn't even unpack them or take the packaging with them, a mere dump and run.

We are very sorry to hear about your experience with the delivery itself. We understand how concerning it must have been to see the furniture boxes moving around in the back of the van and to have the van partially unloaded on your driveway. This is certainly not the standard of service we expect from our delivery partners, and we will raise your comments with our courier team.
Regarding the packaging, our delivery team do not remove the packaging. Customers are asked to retain the original packaging in case they subsequently change their mind or if there are any issues with the furniture and it needs to be returned. The original packaging is required to ensure the furniture can be safely collected and transported.
We’re glad that, despite the delivery experience, your furniture itself arrived in mint condition and that you are happy with it.

Good company to do business with
Good company to do business with. There was some transit damage to the unit I ordered. Homeplus did not quibble in anyway and collected the unit and gave me a full refund. Although it did not work out on this occasion I would be happy to use this company again.

Excellent service
Excellent service. Huge choice of products in the shop. Sales assistant was very helpful in choosing the right mattress. We were kept informed on the progress of the order and delivery. 24 hrs before delivery, we were given a 2-hr delivery slot.
The delivery guys, Jim and Nick, were very friendly and helpful. They took extreme care navigating the mattress upstairs.
All in all it has been a very good experience and I highly recommend Homeplus Furniture.
