Scammers! Didnt even finish the work and tried to overcharge me. When u look on the app, the are no where to be found

Taskers were on time and completed the job exactly as requested.

I was double booked charged twice, once from Dolly and then from Taskrabbit. Absolutely ridiculous!

Great job on delivery of West Elm livingroom pieces. Delivered to my home and had to come up flight of stairs. Furniture protected and well taken care of. Did job quickly and cleaned up after themselves. Thanks and I would recommend!

I booked 2 taskrabbit orders and both were professional and took great care of my belongings!

They were hard working and flexible while we had to wait for a key. I recommend them for any job. They were friendly, prepared with a dolly, cart, and tools. They brought a positive attitude with them. It was a great experience.

They delivered to the wrong building, and when asked to move the product to the correct building, they refused and said their job was done… Also unavailable to ever call or talk to any driver

Timely updates on delivery time, professionalism!

Liked that it was delivered, but would have liked a picture of where it was delivered - I would have had it dropped off in a different place for safety.

Had a moving company that kept pushing back their arrival date and I doubted they were going to show up so I got on Taskrabbit delivery scheduled a couple guys for the same day and they did a better job than the moving company. Five stars. I’m very surprised by this experience and extremely happy

Jorge was on time, efficient, and friendly.

My taskers were late to complete the task, did not arrive/use the items required to move my furniture. In the process, my couch was dirtied, my TV/media stand had a leg broken, and my dresser was scuffed and scratched. Due to the lack of professionalism (complaining about weight, vanishing for 20-30 minutes at a time) I did not allow my taskers to move everything I originally intended, and instead, completed the move myself.

The app was very useful and helpful.
The mover had all the equipment needed for the move. However there was an issue with pick up time and loading.
I had helped reduced the loading time by having everything ready at the loading dock by the time the mover arrived. The mover had shown up 30 mins late and the loading dock had been occupied by other tenets in the building. He said he couldn't wait for the loading dock to clear and was giving me a hard time and threatened to cancel the move. Prior to the pick up time he was also trying to see if he could come earlier. The whole situation was a bit fustrating

The delivery person was great -- the issue was with communication from DOLLY which was inaccurate and misleading requiring me to wait for 5 hours for a delivery

Lack of communication with customer. Changes that happened and customer not notified. Poor way to deal with customer. Your web site left a lot to be desired. Very difficult to be able to get the info you requested.

seamless experience finding people to complete the job and complete the payment. unfortunately they did not use protection and caused some damage to the dresser. however, when I submitted a claim, taskrabbit delivery reimbursed me for the cost of the damage due to the excellent damage protection package included. would definitely recommend and use again
