If I could give this experience zero stars, I would! This was an absolutely terrible moving experience from beginning to end. The movers arrived unprepared and did not have the proper tools needed to disassemble and reassemble my furniture. They spent an excessive amount of time trying to figure out how to take things apart, which caused the move to take much longer than it should have.

Even worse, my furniture was broken, and my TV was damaged because it was not properly protected during the move. They also left two large pieces of my furniture outside my home because they could not figure out how to bring them inside. I hired professional movers because I expected them to have the necessary experience, equipment, and ability to handle my belongings safely. Instead, I was left with damaged property, furniture sitting outside, and additional problems that I now have to pay someone else to resolve.

This experience was completely unacceptable, extremely stressful, and not worth the amount I was charged. I would not recommend this moving service to anyone.

Horrible communication from delivery person… we had to explain to him so many times where to go and want to pick up took him forever to understand took way too long and he forgot some items also which delayed the installation of our closet completely

Very Disappointing Experience

The movers were 2 hours and 45 minutes late, which was extremely frustrating and completely disrupted my moving day. Because of the delay, I had to practically move everything myself before they arrived.

I paid for a professional moving service because I expected the movers to arrive on time and provide the service I was paying for. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I ended up doing much of the work myself, while still paying for a service that was not fully fulfilled.

Cannot communicate with anyone could not make an appointment and have anyone successfully follow through my appointments were continuously canceled, and I was not able to make a connection with anyone to fix this. I finally withdrew my request after two weeks. I will never use this again.

I did not particularly care for the two men who delivered our mattress. They barely said two words to us. I guess I expected a little more professionalism, considering how nationwide Casper is. These two guys just talked to each. They got the job done but it was not what I would call ideal. I don’t want to see them again.

The guys arrived after 12 noon and brought the TV upstairs. This is my first time this company delivered to my home

The movers we hired were amazing! Fast, careful, and reliable. They arrived right on time and were so quick, they managed to finish the move early and set us way ahead of schedule. I’d absolutely use this service again.

They did a fast and careful job of exchanging the beds in two rooms.

Polite, quick, clean

We were charged $648 for JUST Labor despite the fact everything was already packed and ready to go. Once we arrived, our tasker Gabriel, said he only made $200 from the move so we tipped $80. We then reached out about junk removal and he said he would charge us ANOTHER $650 to remove 2 bulk items despite it being free to dump and he was done in 10 minutes. With the cost and the tasker trying to get over on us, we'll never use this service again!

I didn’t choose Taskrabbit, it chose me! Purchased items from the Container Store for delivery to me.
Items were delivered late next afternoon.

I would have preferred the delivery person rang my doorbell as I was prepared to give them a cash tip, instead package was dropped on my porch. My Ring doorbell notified me someone was by my porch and he quickly walked away.
Too many deliveries are made without doorbells being used, that is a problem since so many deliveries are stolen in Philadelphia!

Terrell was professional, friendly and did a great job. He was a pleasure to interact with and accommodating and helpful. Excellent in all ways.

Everything went perfectly smoothly despite me not being there in person. I gave the helper instructions via messages, he was very responsive and did the job flawlessly. Highly recommended! 👌🏻
