Friendly, quick taskers

Excellent person; arrived a bit earlier than scheduled but we worked it out.

My assigned mover was AMAZING! Never complained and went over and beyond my expectations. Great worker.

Loved how I only pointed to where the furniture was… and where it was going… very easy to do.

Delivery person put the bins under a covered area at the top of our steps during a rainy day such that it didn't block the door from opening as well.

Dislike:
They did not speak English.
Used side of building for bathroom, It was so embarrasing and wanted to cancel this job. I didn't want them to touch my stuff. I did give him a wipe.

Not only were they late but they just threw everything in with zero organization or regard for all the fragile things we had specifically asked them to be careful with. One tv was broke and an art piece damaged, not including all the boxes and bags that were damaged and ripped open. I need a refund.

Everything went smoothly. Our tasker was wonderful: on time, prepared with his own dolly, very personable, and his expertise was very valuable.

We book this service since we want to ensure that product brought to our house is not having cracks or any other damage. But the product delivered to our house had cracks which i am unhappy for.

Great solution for delivery.

I o ordered a closet solution from a company that does not deliver. This solved the problem for a reasonable rate.

Delivering guys on this delivery were not professional and they damaged my furnitures so badly and I don’t recommend this service to anyone else.

The actual delivery guys were great. Things I wanted but couldn't find in the app - 1) GPS/tracking - I was sending them to someone's house to pick up and then bring to me, and would like to have been able to follow the process; 2) Messaging. I could not message my driver. Additionally, although there was an option to call, the call went to an old Dolly number that was disconnected. Customers should be able to message their drivers; 3) I saw the price so committed to the sale of item I was picking up. But after I confirmed with seller and went to book the Task, the price jumped over $100 (in less than 24 hrs). That's too much of an increase but I was stuck. If I had any other way I would have not gone through with the booking. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I'm hesitant to use again for that reason. The delivery with tip cost more than the actual item at that point.

Worst service ever. They disassembled a bed purchased at a store, delivered the item to me and later store called to say that they left behind several parts of the bed. TaskRabbit refused to have it picked up or pay to send the parts to me. Bed is useless without all parts.

Went above and beyond, would recommend the services beyond doubt.

TaskRabbit was set up through a purchase at Container Store. I canceled the order less than 12 hours later. The delivery was not scheduled for pickup and delivery until 4 days later. I tried every way to notify you of the cancellation. I wrote to the email address listed on your website multiple times. I sent multiple texts. I could not find any way to talk to anyone. There was NO way to cancel the order online. Very frustrating. Nothing was ever picked up from the Container Store nor delivered by TaskRabbit. You’ve been asking for a tip, and I don’t know why. At a minimum, when the item was unavailable for pickup at The Container Store, someone should have reached out to me. What I got was an email telling me the items had been delivered and asking for a tip. I will ABSOLUTELY NEVER use TaskRabbit, but I have gladly shared my experience with all I know. I’m still waiting on a response from TaskRabbit. I expect a credit for the fees I’ve paid. You are shameless. You continue to send dozens of emails and texts soliciting my business. 🤬🤬🤬
