Movers damaged my things and my flooring in my new apartment. Now, when I try to address the issue with customer service, which had been prompt up until delivery day, I am ghosted.

The whole process was simple, easy and affordable

The mover, Jerome didn’t pick up all the items. He made an excuse and grabbed a few items and delivered them. I sent a picture to take rabbit showing everything left behind and never got a refund

We were I need of same day movers to move my daughter from one apartment to another. The two guys who came were awesome. They moved her boxes and minimal furniture up a 4-story walk up apartment. We couldn’t have done this move without them. Great guys. Great service.

The mover is really helpful. However, I got some plates and bowls cracked upon delivered. and im not sure where can I make a claim for this.

The item was damaged badly enough for me to have to buy a new one. Then there is no live support; communications only thru emails.

WOW, they came prepared and moved everything out of the two pods within 2 hours. Fast, efficient, respectful, courteous... couldn't say enough about the support and service.

The communication on the arrival of our merchandise was very helpful in our planning. Also, the person who delivered was very courteous.

Booking through Taskrabbit delivery was easy and helpful. The moving fee was one set fee with no hidden fees or extra taxes, I paid what was quoted and the service of the movers was exceptional they went above and beyond and I am very pleased. Will definitely book again

I cannot recommend Taskrabbit Delivery for junk removal based on my experience.

I was charged an additional $557.28 in disposal fees that were never disclosed or approved before the service was completed. Taskrabbit advertises upfront pricing and no hidden surprises, but that was not my experience. Had I known the disposal fees would be this high, I would have chosen a different option.

Customers should be told the estimated disposal cost before any items are removed and should have the opportunity to approve or decline those charges. No one should receive a surprise bill for hundreds of dollars after the work is already done.

I hope Taskrabbit refunds the unexpected charge and updates its policy to require helpers to disclose disposal fees in advance. Disposal fees should also be capped at $150, which is consistent with Taskrabbit’s expense policy, to help protect customers from excessive and unexpected charges.

One time delivery, he put it by the door, and he even rang the doorbell!

Not even half the job was done. Agreed on lower amount because of only being there less than half the time and not completing the task. I’m trying to get my money back on the agreement we made.

Convenient, well priced. Practical and efficient with the move. Took less than an hour.

My driver was very personable and patient

I think the mover was great but my experience with the Taskrabbit app / customer service was pitiful.
