Scam alert. They catch you by inviting to complete surveys and reward you with a gift, but when you enter your card details they keep charing you "top up fee" for your "newly purchased gift card membership". nothing is refundable. At least once you realize you are being used they allow you to cancel the account that you didnt know you set up.

Be careful of this site. They charge you for subscriptions without your knowledge. Then in order to return your money back they ask you to come here at trustpilot and rate them with 5 stars! So to continue fish victims! Alarm!!!

Took money from my account without saying it’s a ‘subscription’. Alerted by my bank of suspicious activity and block put on my other transactions. Emailed taste4gifts to complain and received response coaching me to give them a 5* review if I wanted my money back:

This is now in the hands of my banks fraud team. So I will get my refund via them and hopefully put a stop to these scamming parasites.

They will then send you further ‘requests’ to delete your negative review:
As part of our commitment to you, I have initiated a full refund of [6.95 EUR] back to your bank account with card number ending in 3444 within 3-5 days, I would appreciate it if you would proceed to delete the bad review posted on our Trustpilot page to allow me to finalize the full refund. I believe this is the best course of action at this time. I have also canceled your membership and proceeded to delete your account from our database.

To ensure a smooth and prompt resolution, I would appreciate it if you could follow these few steps to delete the review. Negative reviews can significantly impact our reputation despite our efforts to address your concerns.

Had 2 follow up emails so far requesting I don’t damage their reputation. As well as fraud it’s harassment. Do not delete reviews!
