Super !! Cela fait plusieurs années que je commande mon matériel chez Tattooland et je suis très satisfaite. L'application est très pratique, les prix sont sensiblement les mêmes que les autres revendeurs, par contre le service après vente est au top. A échelle humaine, simple et efficace. A chaque fois que j'ai pu rencontrer un problème quelconque (erreur d'adresse, rupture sur un produit, soucis avec la société de livraison), ils ont été très réactifs et efficaces. De plus, j'apprécie la livraison très rapide à l'autre bout de la France.

Carlota, merci pour ce retour qui fait vraiment chaud au cœur. Après plusieurs années à nous faire confiance, lire que tout se passe bien, et surtout que le SAV te rassure quand il y a un imprévu, ça compte énormément pour nous. Les petits soucis comme une adresse, une rupture ou un transporteur… ça arrive, mais on veut que tu sentes qu’il y a de vraies personnes derrière, réactives et au rendez-vous. Et savoir que la livraison reste rapide jusque “l’autre bout” de la France, c’est la cerise sur le gâteau. Merci pour ta fidélité et ta recommandation, on va tout faire pour que ça continue comme ça. ❤️

Très bonne expérience, je cherchais un fournisseur rapide avec des prix raisonnables niveau des frais d’envois et je suis comblé arrivé en moins de 48h à mon domicile pour moins de 6€ c’est parfait 👍🏻

Super fijne groothandel waar ook nog steeds een persoonlijke flow is. Altijd alles op voorraad en is dat niet het geval krijg je een berichtje waneer je het wel kan verwachten. Goed contact met de regio manager die zo nu en dan eens binnen komt voor een bak koffie.
Ja heel erg tevreden over al deze toppers van zowel de binnendienst als buitendienst!
