The website was easy to navigate
The website was easy to navigate, the ordering process is quite easy. Delivery was super quick.
The teas I have tried so far have been very good.
My only complaint would be I brought 2 different herbal teas thinking I was ordering boxes of 15 tea bags each but what I received was 2 boxes of loose tea equaling 15 tea bags. So just make sure you read the descriptions well.
But other than that I would highly recommend.

Thank you so much for sharing your feedback, it is highly appreciated. We are glad that you like what you ordered. We currently do not have stock of 15 tea bags on those blends that's why our distribution team sent you the loose leaf option even though loose leaf option is more expensive than the teabag. We apologise that we didn't communicate this with you earlier. We have listened to your feedback and make sure to improve our service offerings. Should you need further assistance, we are glad to assist you all the way. Please do not hesitate to contact us anytime. Looking forward to your next purchase!

The flavour is nice and not too sweet
The flavour is nice and not too sweet, however, the flavour is a little on the light side for my personal liking :-) I do prefer stronger flavours. Overall I still think it's a nice treat to have at home. I'm happy with it
The shipment felt like it took a little long but nothing out of the ordinary!
