Very easy transaction.
Tax Return information submitted, turned into a Tax Return and filed in absolutely no time. Highly recommended. Also: give all your information over in one go.

Submitted my tax return early this year - first time ever. Thanks to Suzanne Booty who has made my previous tax returns significantly easier, this has encouraged me to get started early this year.

I love this service
I love this service. It’s quick and easy, if you need help it’s there!
All steps and processes are self explanatory and it’s so easy to navigate the app.
You can pick up where you left off, you don’t have to finish it all in one, everything is saved for you and you have an accounted assigned to you. This is the best value I’ve found for money, I run a small business from home but also work temp/agency so it can be tricky to track sometimes. This app has been the best thing for my accounting, I feel at ease about tax returns now and do not worry like I did before. Great app, already recommended to other small business. Honestly such good value for money I don’t think I’ll go anywhere else and will continue to rave about it!!

First experience of self assessment- smooth process
My first experience of self assessment - very clear and easy to navigate process. Alongside a general support team, having a dedicated and named accountant that you can message with individual queries is invaluable.

The service seems to be getting…
The service seems to be getting worse...and the cost seems to keep going up! I am finding each year I'm doing more and more of the leg work to file the return, checking for obvious errors etc. Will likely look elsewhere next year
