Easy to book
Easy to book. Driver send a message about half an hour before pick up that he had to park near by agreed spot and waited there for us on right time. He spoke good English and gave us city information during the ride.

Fraudulent charge on credit card
Used their services a month ago, paid online, experience was all good. Now a month after I see a new charge, amount unrelated to my previous payments, on my credit card, so I had to claim an issue and block my current and order a new card. Lowers trust in the company, careful with entering card information.
Edit: apparently the company justifies this absurd behaviour by putting a condition in their terms of service which forcefully enters you into a “lottery” by charging 9.90 eur, they also send a threatening email to take down the negative comment. Must be a way to keep a review score high.

For the first time TSA has launched a competition aimed at customers who have booked with us for the first time in Italy, we have had 98% positive feedback regarding the initiative from our customers, and clearly written in the terms and conditions in the registration phase reservation, which must necessarily be consulted to find out the progress of the service, the waiting times, and everything else inherent to the transport service, we are sorry the initiative was not to your satisfaction, even if we can confirm that TSA also for the 2% dissatisfaction will not repeat the competition in the following years.

Easy to book, driver waited for us on agreed spot even we had big delay. He spoke good English and very very nice, polite and helpful.
Excellent service, fixed price so no need to worry about flight delays, and our driver was top man, so very happy!

Chauffeur pas correct du tout
Chauffeur pas correct du tout, irrespectueux . Commander un trajet pour 14 personnes 1 seul van à disposition . Il nous a faire attendre 2h dans un parking alors qu’on avait un enfant . Nous avons perdu le restaurant , notre soirée.
Il a été contrôlé par la police .
Nous avons dû prendre un autre taxi donc frais supplémentaires.
En plus de ça , ils veulent même pas nous rembourser .
Pas du tout correct cette entreprise

Nous sommes passés par cette plate-forme pour gagner du temps et nous en avons perdu et pas seulement du temps.
Réservation pour 15 personnes, faites quand même en amont (a 15-16h pour 21h).
Le chauffeur est venu nous récupérer à pied à l’aéroport pour nous accompagner jusqu’à son van. 1 seul van de 8 places.
Il nous a dit qu’on allait attendre une 15aines de minutes son collègue.
1h plus tard toujours pas de collègue et notre réservation au restaurant saute. On commence à lui demander ce qu’il se passe, on est quand même cools et patients. On a une enfant de 5ans avec nous.
Il nous annonce que sa collègue a crever… apparemment pas de plan B. On décide donc de lui demander de nous rembourser pour qu’on sen aille et prenne un autre moyen de transport. Bien évidemment c’est une plateforme, il ne peut pas nous rembourser lui directement.
23h on à sen va. On a une enfant à faire manger et dormir, on est épuisés.
On appelle le lendemain la plate-forme qui nous dis que c’est nous qui n’avons pas accepter le service, quel service ? 1 van sur 2 et 1h30 à nous faire espérer….
Encore aujourd’hui on essaie de négocier un remboursement mais nous savons désespérément que nous nous sommes donc fait entuber de 315€.

Trip from Fiumicino to Rome was not…
Trip from Fiumicino to Rome was not nice, we had a substitute driver in a dirty car and the drive was nervewrecking, even by Italian standards. Return trip was perfect with a very good driver and a car that was up to the expected standards.

I booked for 15 person the driver came at only one Vito for 9 person (start badly)
We waited more than 1h30 the second driver
We had a children of 5 years old waiting
At the moment what the second drive was suppose to arrived the first driver was controled by the police
The second driver never arrived
I recived a message explaind the second driver had a tire puncture (very strange timing)
We finally decide to leave and take another taxi after 2 h waiting
I explaine the situation to the customer service
but they don’t want to do a comercial gesture
Never book in this site bad customer service

We ordered two vans for 14 persons and…
We ordered two vans for 14 persons and we only got one van, the other driver never came.. we wait more than one hour and half and the other can never came !
the driver didn’t talk to us properly
Finally the service was not provided.
And the platform didn’t refund us, we paid for an other two taxis.
315 euros in the air, I didn’t thank you !
I don’t recommend this platform !
That’s the reason why sometimes Italy has a bad face, because of this kind of behaviour !

Taxi arrived on time. Driver was very courteous. Taxi fare was reasonable. Recommended for Rome city to airport transport.

Very happy with this service
Very happy with this service. Driver was early , patient and very very polite. He was a joy to meet so early in the morning (3.30) , helping with bags and making sure we got out of the vehicle, a minibus, safely. I never leave reviews for anything, but this gentleman deserves one .Thankyou
