Grant has always acted in a professional way. Whenever I have emailed him he has always got back to me within 2-3 days with a plan of action. I have been very pleased with his work.

Grant takes the stress out of doing a tax return. He is quick to respond to questions (even the stupid ones!), efficient, affordable with a quick turn around. I would highly recommend his services for any small business looking for help with their tax affairs. Five stars!

I worked with Grant for my 2021/2022 tax return. I am a non-dom and unfortunately Grant had no experience around it and filled it completely wrong to HRMC. I got fined by HRMC and now I'm trying to get reimbursed through his professional insurance... Pathetic behavior and then grant no longer responds to emails and so on... Shame on you

Could an accountant be less professional than Grant??? At the beginning he seems to know the job and provided a good value to what you pay for but once he thinks he got you as a customer he starts treating you like s**t. I asked for months to change the address on my accounts, for months he put me in a place where I need to chase the HMRC while a different accountant have done it in 5 min and online. Then he gives me a five days notification to my tax return submission deadline while threatening me that he will submit my tax return in time only if I pay him in advance. Then when I am wisely replacing him with a way better/cheaper accountant and ask him to provide the log in details to my account Companies House/HMRC he deliberately ignores my msg. The guy is like 60 years old with a behaviour of five years toddler. Stay away is all I am going to say, million-way better accountants and for much cheaper fees. The attachment - Grant reading my msg and ignoring it.

Registered with tax relax and was almost instantly assigned Grant Hutton as my accountant. He immediately got in touch with me by email to make initial contact. Thereafter, I was able to send him the relevant documents (which was easy) and he was able to sort out my self assessment with little fuss. He was a pleasure to deal with, very knowledgeable and prompt and I couldn’t have asked for a better service at a great price. My accounting needs were pretty straight forward, but if you want someone to sort out your self assessment out I would definitely recommend tax relax.
