Would definitely recommend taxzap

Taxzap made my tax refund process extremely easy. It took less than 15 minutes to submit all of my required information. Within 10 days my return was submitted to hmrc and around 8 weeks later my refund was in my account in whole minus the fees. I disagree with fees being bought up in any sort of negative review as you are very much aware with how much the charges are before you start your process. Taxzap were also extremely helpful and informative and very fast at replying to emails with any questions I had. Overall very good service and would highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Huge scam

It's a scam people, just go on revenue, it takes as long to do and is arguably easier. Irish taxpayers already funded an updated tax returns system a few years ago. This is a SCAM

We are deeply concerned by your words and as a small business are not happy with how you have misrepresented our business.

We are registered tax agents with Irish Revenue, agent number 77183S and recognised software providers by HMRC in the UK. We have over 130k+ happy clients to date, and your review is not only defamatory but it is completely untrue and misleading.

We exist as a software to help people file their tax returns in the UK & Ireland. We do not force anyone to use our services.

Excellent company to do business with..

I contacted this company and with about 5 days they had got onto my tax office and got me a very good refund that I didn't realise was there...and their rates are excellent...I will definitely use them again...Highly recommended..A+++++

Very high fee for very little to do I


Very high fee for very little to do I highly don’t recommend them and would highly recommend you do your own tax return as it dosnt require much effort to do just read up about it and you’ll have it done in no time

We have the lowest fees in Ireland & the UK for the services we provide.

You also knew the price of our services when you signed up. We did not force you to use us. We are disappointed you felt the need to write such a damaging review without prior contacting us to discuss your concerns.

Good communication, quick application

I didn't file my details correctly initially but when I did the team at taxzap got my application underway immediately and were prompt with responses to emails
