The product! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my amazing bag. I love the feel of it, the look of it and the smell of it. It is understated elegance and I am delighted with it. This bag is an investment and will be appreciated for many years to come. If it could be improved I would suggest adding a magnetic fastener. The service was very good as well and you could just tell that my bag was made with tender loving care and much thought. Thank you!

I loved my Mavis bag but lifestyle changes meant that I wasn't able to make good use of it. It was a shame to see it going to waste and I was delighted that it could be passed on to someone who will appreciate it. Staff were so helpful and in exchange I found a bag in the same beautiful colour that is just what I need today. What a brilliant scheme!

I knew the handbag would be excellent, having bought from TY before. What made this experience special, was how kind and helpful the staff were in dispatching my purchase to Wales, as a birthday gift for a family member. It was also well-packaged, and arrived promptly. I was also kept updated.
