Charging for free will
I made the appointment for a free will via British Heart Foundation, getting details of Thos Boyd Whyte from their list. I was charged £360 and was told that the free will association only gave solicitor £60 and wills normally £420 so he took £60 off.
Michael informed me it was because I had a property but I already had a will and just wanted an address changed.
I will never recommend these solicitors

Free Will schemes offered through charities apply only where instructions fall within the scope of the scheme. Where instructions go beyond this — for example, where a client requires a trust, or where the changes required necessitate a full re-draft rather than a simple amendment — this falls outside the scheme. In such circumstances, fees are discussed and agreed in advance before any work is carried out.

It was ridiculous.i spoke to a friend who had dealt with Michael previously on a couple of occasions and she referred me to the firm and I have had a pleasant experience myself. A breath of fresh air
The most friendly and efficient solicitors I have ever dealt with. From the welcoming receptionist to Michael Ezimoha himself, who I found to be charming and efficient and very helpful. Taking time to make certain that I understood all aspects of my will. My faith in solicitors has risen tenfold.

Excellent Service
Having dealt with 2 separate sides of this solicitors I can wholeheartedly recommend Wendy Baldock.
Wendy acted with a professionalism but also a duty of care rarely seen from a solicitors and was looking for the best outcome for my particular case not just for myself but for all parties involved.
Initially meeting Wendy via a zoom meeting I was immediately put at ease and felt like I was really listened to plus Wendy made sure that she had all of the facts and history necessary in order to proceed with a properly thought out plan.
I had regular updates and no question was ever too much trouble plus every action was itemised in a monthly summary so everything was fully transparent.

Will writing with Michael
I had an appointment with Michael Ezimoha on 27th October to update my will. I found him to be very helpful and able to explain things clearly. He also drew appropriate diagrams at times, to make things clearer.
I then had time to study the draft copy at home and he said that I could phone him if I had further queries. In fact I did this and although he had a client he phoned me back the same day and answered my query. A follow up meeting was held to finalise and sign the will.
I found Michael was able to explain things very clearly and nothing was too much trouble. I am very pleased with the whole experience.

Revision of wills with Michael Ezimoha
Michael Ezimoha took us through our wills and clearly explained the revisions that had been made. We then went over the additions that we had requested. The new wills were produced and during a second meeting we went over the changes that we had requested to ensure that everything was correct. We found Michael professional and efficient in all our dealings with him.
