The Cigar Holder Ltd. レビュー

I could not fault the service, from communication to order, to delivery! OUTSTANDING! Thanks guys!

I have my usual suppliers but that takes 3 days on average for delivery. I was looking for a cigar shop near me last Friday at about 4 pm. I stumbled on Cigar Holder - spoke to someone and he assured me if I placed my order there and then the cigars would be delivered to my house that evening. I normally smoke Maduros from Drew Estate but they did not have them stocked. He recommended the Maduro by their Artisan supplier. Sure enough the cigars turned up about 2 hours later.... I was very impressed and it is good value for money. Overall great service.

Amazing Service! Promptly delivered and well packaged! Would happily order again!

I ordered a gift set for a last minute birthday present, delivered the very next day by hand. It was genuinely an excellent customer service experience and I would definitely use again and recommend.

Very good service, same day hand delivery

Great service. Fast delivery. Great products

Just received my first order, arrived within 2 hours of ordering and they even threw in the cigar holder for free! Very helpful on the phone and the guy that delivered the order was very friendly too, fantastic service! Fully recommend.

Excellent service . Definitely will use again .

I live in a suburb of Chicago.
I ordered a cigar case .
I received it in just five days.
Also I was quite impressed with the packaging.
For anyone who doesn’t believe there is any customer service left in the world your company was a pleasant surprise

This is the best local business I have used for a long time. Quality products delivered to my door within the hour. Personal service from the owner who I look forward to doing more business with in the future.

Another order delivered almost before I could read the confirmation email! Superb, personal service. Excellent quality cigars carefully packed in temporary humidified plastic and arrived in an elegant TCH presentation box.
First class every time!

Exceptional service, would definitely recommend

Great quality and great delivery time!👍👍

Given my recent concerns over shipping from the EU, I was hankering for a Nicaraguan gordo. Being the only UK retailer I'd found to fulfil my needs, I took a chance on a new venture.

Boy, did it pay off!

Storage, protection, postage and delivery were all handled in an expert manner - this retailer really knows what they're doing. Excellent service, decent price, and brilliant packaging assure me that I'm in safe hands for the next order.

Thank you.

Great service, arrived in a couple of hours.
