Great product, prompt service. Sad to have to pay for return.

Great product which arrived slightly earlier than estimated. Lovely leather and design. Size was too big so ordered next size down. This one also arrived promptly and fit perfectly. Had to contact TDO via email re how to return as not obvious on website. Received a prompt response. Duly returned the shoes and received a prompt refund. Disappointed that I had to pay postage for the return - that was the only down mark.

Excellent orthotic shoes and fitting

Excellent understanding of my needs and recommendation of orthotic shoe products which immediately relieved my knee pain. Beautifully manufactured and soft leather orthotic shoes.
