We’re truly sorry to hear this and understand how frustrating it is when an order goes beyond the expected delivery timeline. That’s not the experience we want for any of our customers.

International shipments can occasionally face customs or carrier-related delays beyond our control, but we don’t take this lightly. Our support team does actively track and follow up on delayed orders, and we always ensure either delivery, a reshipment, or a refund if needed.

We’re sorry to hear that this situation was upsetting.

According to our records, the order was successfully delivered by the courier to the address provided at checkout, and we shared the official Proof of Delivery with you, including the delivery timestamp and location confirmation.

As the shipment was completed to the correct address and accepted by the courier as delivered, we were unable to process a refund under our delivery policy. That said, our intention was never to be dismissive or rude, and we’re sorry if our communication came across that way.

We recognise how frustrating this situation is. The courier has confirmed delivery and shared proof, which restricts the actions we can take, but we’re sorry for the inconvenience this caused.
