In March 2023 I paid a 12 months subscription of $157 to this company for online resources. On March 18 this year I was billed the same amount again. On signing up last year I did not know this was an ongoing billing system. I received no emails from Teach Starter to advise me they were going to bill me again. My account does not reflect the new subscription. It states I have a free account. I cannot cancel the subscription because according to my account it doesn't exist. I have read the policy on cancellations which states I can cancel in 3 weeks as long as I have not downloaded any material. I tried to contact the company through the email on their website and it was returned undeliverable. I tried again using a billing email and again it was returned. I tried through Facebook but still no acknowledgment. I cannot seem to get any response and to my request for a refund so unless I can get through to someone at this company I will have to cancel my credit card so I am not charged again next year as I cannot cancel my account. I just don't know where to go next.

Really easy to use site with lots of different resources that are relevant to me as a teacher. Love the variety of resources for all of the holidays and special occasions as well as for all of my curriculum needs. Well done!

I unsubscribed from all emails… still received advertising emails… deleted my account.. still received emails… emailed their tech support who told me my account was deleted… still received emails…. Didn’t know it was so hard to unsubscribe from this company

Teach Starter I have found to be a resource that offers me numerous resources and support in my teaching journey. It is a website that I often use in my lesson planning and seeking appropriate resources for my learners.

Has been a TS member for more than 5 years. They have everything covered on teaching and learning and kept upgrading and adding new stuff. We are so spoilt with choices. Thank you,

I like the variety of lessons across grade levels, subjects and content. It’s organized in a way that can be easily searched and I like the options offered of templates and creative lessons tried by teachers.

Aimed towards kinder to second graders.

If you're looking for classroom poster material, it's visually appealing, otherwise save your money.
They lack actual classroom teaching resources, which is the aim of taking prep time off.
i spent $69 for my membership when they were starting off ( with barely any resources ) and when i mentioned i didn't think it was fair that their content just got updated recently when my membership is about to end, their service rep just gave me a " sorry to see you go?!?" ) -
