Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We're glad you chose Wear Your Logo, and we appreciate your honest feedback about delivery times.
Every item we supply is made to order. Once your order is placed, your garments are sourced, your artwork is prepared and set up for printing or embroidery, and each piece is decorated and quality-checked by hand before it's dispatched. This process takes longer than buying off-the-shelf clothing, but it's what allows us to deliver a personalised, durable finish that we're proud to put our name to.
We understand that waiting can be frustrating, especially when you're excited to receive your order, and we're always looking for ways to keep you better informed along the way. If you ever need items by a specific date, please get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to help.
Thank you again for your feedback, and we hope to see you again soon.
