Great experience with purchase. With some reason they couldn't send my order next day delivery, instead of that they delivered on the same day in person to my doorstep. Very good contact, they informed me at any stage of my delivery, even they contacted with me day after delivery to ask what everything was fine and am I happy with their services. Yes I am very happy.

Ordered wrong phone and returned. They called to see what the problem was, and suggested an alternative phone. Supplied quickly as agreed, and credited first phone instantly. Very helpful and speedy.

Contacted Tech Wizz to confirm Ultra 15 being sold was global edition. They confirmed it was a UK model whithin 15 mins.
Ordered on Thursday evening and phone delivered Saturday.

Great price on my new phone, but what made Tech Wizz stand out was their customer service. They checked in with me outside of their opening hours, to make me aware of some potential issues with tracking and how they could be worked around. I appreciated the conscientiousness and help, and would definitely buy from them again.

I never heard of Techwizz before but as the reviews were good on Trust Pilot I went for it and was not disappointed. The phone arrived within less than a week also, which was a bonus.
