If I could give a -1, I would. I’ve been waiting since Dec 12th to receive my car heater. It was shipped with some crazy carrier that left it on someone else’s porch. Sent emails for another 6 weeks to get a replacement. Finally got a replacement and it was damaged. After receiving my pictures They told me to try it anyway. I did and it worked for two days before it just stopped. When I told them of the unit not working they blamed my car. Absolutely the WORST of the Worst. They just don’t care.

If I could rate Lower I would. Scam company 100%! I ordered a SSD from them and it Crashed immediately upon first use with corrupted files, disk errors and multiple other Errors.

Im out nearly a hundred dollars.

Website needs to be shut down and they need to be investigated.

A part on the vehicle heater that we ordered from Techbuum was defective. Once we let Techbuum know and provided a picture, a replacement heater was sent right away...no questions asked.
While we were waiting for the replacement, our truck heater got repaired.
Amazingly, a couple of days later, the switch on our car HVAC system got stuck on high. Out came the vehicle heater that we had just stored! We will be using it until the garage can get to the switch repair.
We plan to always have a vehicle heater on standby, and Techbumm will always be our choice.

I purchased a 1 TB External USB / SSD from TECHBUUM. It took longer than it should have, but the wait was worth it. I received a 16 TB drive instead. I saw some poor ratings for this drive, but I honestly found nothing wrong with it. I am formatting it to run WINDOWS TO GO with Windows 11. It is running an integrity check and no errors so far. I think the poor ratings are from other SSD makers because of the low price. TECHBUUM is in Bulgaria, but the drive came from China. I would buy it again.

I Just got an email from their customer service. They want to charge me 35 dollars (US) to return defective products. The defective ssd drives they sent me would not even mount in my modern MacBook
After reading other reviews from this company, I should have known better than to do business with them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM AT ALL COSTS

Bought portable SSD. Product never worked. Called customer service, went to voicemail. Message said to send email. Sent email no response. Complained to CC company. Then get a response with instructions to format the drive. Did that and product did not work and wanted to return the product. Then I get a long email stating that they need pictures of the product in original condition, I need to read the return and refund policy. Still no return address or label. Will update snd see what else they do

Tried to call the customer service number, won’t work. Emailed the info @techbuum.com twice, with no reply. Not happy.

I like the product and the customer service was great

I ordered a car GPS from Techbuum but when I received it I realized that it was IOS and I needed android. I contacted the company and was offered the correct version as long as I paid shipping. They told me to keep the IOS version and give it as a gift! They responded to me so quickly and CSR, Edgar, was so helpful and professional. This company values our business! I am impressed and would absolutely order from them again!

Update: After 5 months i received a full refund for the product i previously reviewed. Thank you for making it right

Item stated it is a portable air conditioner but its just an expensive desktop fan. I emailed the same day they arrived that i wanted to send back and they would not give instructions to send back. After 7 days of back and forth emails they said i could send back for a refund but they were gonna charge $30 for return. No where in their return policy does it say this. This place is a scam! Beware

Techbuum swindled me. I purchased two electronic rodent sensors for my property and it said returnable for 30 days so I felt safe to try the product. They were cheap and did not detect any moving objects and repel them at all. Completely unacceptable product so I emailed for the refund process. They told me to return them at my cost then they would check the items and refund me minus a $16 restocking fee. I obliged and agreed. After a month of not hearing back I inquired yesterday and they emailed me back today to say they weren’t eligible for a refund and they had disposed of them. This is totally unacceptable. I will not accept this but will write a bad review and do all I can to receive my legitimate refund. Techbuum should reach out to me immediately with an apology and a refund or else I will continue to expose this fraudulent company. I’ve been emailing with a man named Edgar. Completely scammed me and lied to me about receiving my refund. I am very dissatisfied with him.

I was going to order an external SSD. So glad that I was able to read the reviews for this so-called company. When the prices are too good to be true, it is worth checking the reviews on it.

False advertisement, bate and switch. Item was advertised to work on ios and android. Whe I received the item it was for android only. They offered a refund but I have to pay shipping which is half the cost of the item.

I've been aware of low level Laser light biostimulation for awhile. Now we have Red Light delivery via LED in the 660 to near infrared 850 nm at various Hz. I was looking for a easy belt driven device. I found the instructions very clear, but no information about which settings were appropriate for which symptoms. At Techbuum, I found a very helpful customer service rep, Michaela, who gave me the missing pieces to understand what I wanted to do. I've had chronic hip and shoulder issues for a long time that have not responded to CBD, Pain killers nor PT. I've found that daily usage of my Red Light belt have made a big difference.

Techbuum sold me 4 GPS smart tags, however I specifically asked for the air tags to be android compatible, but even after my specific order for Android capable gps air tags, I was sent totally different tags made for Apple OIS operating systems. After contacting them about this matter,and asking to return for a return,or an exchange, techbuum basically told me that I did in fact order gps tags for an Apple ois phone operating system, And because the tags sent were for an Apple phone, and not for android capable phone ,that I was pretty much stuck with what I had received from them. Never mind techbuums return policy that says that for any reason I was not happy with my purchase, I could return them for a full refund. That refund policy on their site is nothing but false advertisement, and has not an increase of honesty connected to it.
I even bought the 4 GPS deal price they advertised to save myself some money, but now all I got is 4 GPS smart tags for an Apple ois prone, that I can not use, and are a waste of money. I WARN EVERYONE, TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, BECAUSE THEY ARE NOTHING like the fake advertisement they say they stand behind. Don't buy from this company because they are a RIP-OFF COMPANY, AND GOOD LUCK WITH ANY SUPPORT OR REFUND!!
Update; we finally came to a reasonable outcome, where they would send me replacement air tags that were android compatible, however I had to pay the shipping for the replacement android compatible air tags. They allowed me to also keep the iOS air tags that were sent on the first order. At this point it now has costed me, the original price of the first iOS tags, and now another $14.00 to cover the shipping for the air tags that I originally wanted. Fast forward a month or so after the replacement air tags arrived, "these android tags" have broke down and failed to work.
Instead of contacting the company again, I just pretty much chalked up my losses, and ordered from another company.I also just received an email from techbauum basically trying to dictate an updated version of this review,making it more favorable on their end. So,let me get this right,your company sent me the wrong items in the first place,then charged me as n extra $ 14.00 shipping fee for the correct android compatible tags,which have failed miserably to work,and are of no use to me at all. Rather than go through their customer service,and have to pay another shipping fee to just return these defective tags,I have decided to just take the loss of my money to not have to deal with this company again. I have found that no matter what the issue may be,whether, a defective item,or the wrong item altogether,I am just better off NOT dealing with this company again,and also not writing a favorable review,which is what they are asking me to do.
I still stand on my original review,because this has just been a nightmare from the very start,and has continued to be a further nightmare regarding these products.
Again,my suggestion is that " You Not do business with this company" because no matter what the issues are,it's always the customers fault,and this company takes No Responsibility's for their cheap,defective products.
We have replaced these items with a cheaper brand that surprisingly have not had any problems at all!
Good bye "Techbauum",you will never get another nickel of my money,and never get another bit of my time.

I ordered an external hard drive but it was sent to a credit card company. An address I didn't ever have on file. I tried to get them to resend it to me but they would not. I am going to ask for a refund.

I was trying not to support Amazon but alas....

These people are junk dealers, unfortunately I did not read the reviews before I sent them my hard earned money. I was in need of an external hard drive to back up some old family photographs. When it arrived I connected it to my laptop it recognized it immediately I checked the properties it indicated that it was in fact a 16 terabyte hard drive. I tried copying quite a few of my old family photographs. It went through the motions indicating that it was in fact copying files to the external hard drive. When I tried to recover and check these files that I had copied they were for the most part all corrupted and unreadable. I tried this several times on several different files, they were always corrupted and unreadable. Do not waste any money with these junk dealers. If I could I would give them zero stars in my review.

I really need to come to trustpilot whenever I find a new site, ugh. Ordered an “air-conditioning fan” it’s just a cheap plastic rechargeable fan you can find anywhere for half price… sometimes I’m embarrassed to admit I’ve been bamboozled, but I’d rather admit it then let anyone else waste their money too.

I highly recommend the red light therapy band from TechBumm. It works! Relieves inflammation and eases joint pain in one session. Love it!

External hard drive would not work on MacOs. Was not stated in sales information. Support was slow and would not provide full refund.
Do not do business with this company.
