Pioneer controller

I have recently purchased the ddj1000 from Tech For Music. My customer service agent was Ryan, he was Fantastic from the moment he answered the phone, the most helpful Polite member of staff you could ever wish for. Fantastic product, with service second to none, Very Honest Highly experienced & Genuine which is a unique quality In today's Sale and support Staff, rarely found with sales people these days.

Thank You so much, for you continued help & advice.

I will continue using the shop for those reasons and always deal with Ryan.

This company is by far the best I've ever experienced. Outstanding service overall, highly recommended. Ryan is very professional, helpful guy with lots of advise given, not a pushy sellers like others. Free next day delivery and the best prices online. proffesional, experienced , friendly , knowledgeable company.

i used this company for the first time a week or so ago . i bought 4 equinox helix xp lights .delivery was a couple of days with a good parcel company . i found their website easy to navigate and their prices really competative .. i had a couple of questions so spoke to them on the phone which too was really easy and the answered promptly .. were professional and knew the answers .. all in all a fantastic experience and a quality product and company .. i will be using these again .. thankyou so much

The Pioneer bag I ordered was out of stock but I was offered an alternative and you guys checked it was suitable for my decks by trying it out before sending it. Really pleased with the bag too

Outstanding Customer Service

Absolutely outstanding customer service. Went & physically checked that the headphones I was buying fitted the case, as they weren't listed as being compatible. I didn't ask them to, they just said they would check & call me back. I think his name was Ryan, what a credit to the company.
