Michael is a great guy and an accomplished technician. He came to the rescue at very short notice after our daughter's mac book screen was damaged the week before her a-levels started! He managed to source and fit replacement parts within 24 hours. Completely fixed and back up and running. I would highly recommend him.

After my laptop died late one evening, I called Michael first thing. He came to pick it up within a couple of hours. He first checked whether there was a quick fix, then took it away. He gave me a clear idea of the possible problems immediately and the potential cost. I got an update later in the day letting me know when he would be working on it, and then first thing the next morning having run the diagnostics with a quote for the work. Michael completed the repair later that day - sending me a picture of it working! - and dropped it off 15 minutes later.
I am very pleased with the way Michael kept me informed, with the speed of his work, his reasonable prices and his commitment to providing the best possible service.
I am now hunting down old laptops that he can hopefully bring back to life! I will definitely use his services again and can highly recommend him.

Michael has now done two repairs for me - one on my hard drive backup which suddenly failed taking all my data with it, the other on a Dell laptop which couldn’t find its hard drive. On both repairs Michael swiftly located the problems and ordered new parts after speaking to me and explaining the problems. Both repairs were efficient, reasonably priced and saved me heart-ache and pain. Door-to-door service is a bonus. Another repairer might have replaced the hard drives but Michael narrowed it down to connectors in both cases - tens not hundreds of pounds. He is brilliant!

Cannot recommend Michael highly enough, he provided a great service. Came and collected my laptop and repaired a broken hinge and fan, he kept me fully informed and returned it to my home and helped me with my iPad as well. A very kind and personably guy. My sons precious gaming pc was suffering with a number of technical issues, all of which i thought would cost lots to repair. We handed it over and within 24 hours it was fixed. Minimal fee and no parts needed to be replaced. I was very impressed with Michael from the outset. He could have easily charged us more, or replaced parts that he didn’t need to, but he likes to look after his customers and be and honest, decent guy to do business with. We will definitely use him again.

Took our old Mac from wheezing tortoise to speedy hare overnight. Brilliant guy, brilliant service.

He also collected and dropped my laptop off and was very friendly and charming throughout.

Brought my iMac to Michael after another consultant failed to set it up properly and even ‘ lost’ my contacts from my iPhone.
I thought I would have to go to an Apple store on top of having the issues sorted out on my iMac then set up properly - needless to say I was panicking!
However within two hours Michael had found my contacts sorted the issues and set everything up.

Such was the efficiency of the service, my apple desktop computer was repaired within 48 hours over the week-end. The bill was most modest of any computer repair firm I have so far experienced.
