Michael is really excellent- very trustworthy and knows what he is doing.
He sorted out the complicated Devolo plugs in my house and set up a home cloud to back up all our gizmos. And he is a nice man.

Michael has been maintaining our computers for over 5 years. He has always responded to any requests for assistance really quickly and has solved any problems that we have had. Definitely recommended.

Michael gave me quick and efficient service. He cleaned up my badly infected PC, using his own software and left me with a much more secure anti-viral option than the one I had been using. While waiting for the clean up scans to complete he found a way to link my iPad to my printer which I had thought was not possible with my aged devices. I will certainly use him again.

I have absolutely no reservation in recommending Michael and his work. Having had dealings with a couple of IT support 'experts' my expectation was not hi but he methodically worked through the list of issues I had prepared, gave pragmatic advice and, most importantly of all, fixed all of the issues I had. He was friendly, professional and I will use him again and again. Sets a great new standard for IT support!

My MacBookPro was behaving badly. So badly I was thinking I would have to splash out on a new one. Then I saw an ad for Michael Moura's computer repairs. I called him and he picked up the computer within the hour and within 24 hours he had repaired it and delivered it back. So I now have a new track pad, a new solid state hard drive and it works a million times faster than before. Thanks Michael, a great service and a lovely guy.

Michael has helped us so much. He has managed to speed up our internet connection and improve connectivity across the house and over all our devices. He has advised us on how to upgrade our Mac and Macbook and carried out the work efficiently overnight and then spent sometime with us solving issues the following day. He is a delight to work with. Michael Moura recovered data for us from the hard drive from an old computer which was not accessible to us. He removed the hard drive and returned it to us, with the data on a separate hard drive within the time and price which we had agreed. He was polite and explained what was involved. As this was a small job I am not able to give him 5 stars on this first occasion.
