Techifide delivered a first-class service to Amodal when we were looking for a full-stack developer. They listened to our requirements and offered suggestions on the required skillsets needed. On presenting us with 3 CV’s, and facilitating introductory interviews, we were so impressed with the 3 candidates (and their combined and complimentary skills) that we hired all 3! Ivan and Jackie were very supportive and attentive throughout the process. Their approach to recruitment is different to traditional recruitment as we know Techifide are invested in the long-term success of the developers beyond the initial hire – that was a real differentiator.
