Best experice ive had , customer service is top notch, fast delivery and really good quality desk pads... AMAZING COMPANY!!

The entire process was perfect, very easy to find what you want, especially with the custom desk pad as Steven made it so easy and the quality of the product is like no other.

I have ordered the moonphases desk mat, honestly this has been the best desk mat i have ever owned, shipping is swift but the packaging is the best I seen in any industry, very happy with everything I got, will get more in the future

I ordered a 900x400 custom mousepad, and it arrived very quickly and looks amazing!

The pad feels very high quality, and the print looks really really good! My custom artwork came out lovely, the colours are perfect!

It is fantastic. Amongst the best packaging I’ve very seen, let alone the mat itself - it is fantastic quality and I love it all.

Fantastic from start to finish! Opted for a mystery c*cked up pad at a reduced price of £14.99.

Only issue on it is a tiny black mark on the white part of design. Know what? I'm so fecking happy with it. The design is the Black power ranger motif with power medallion in the center.

Package came quickly (within 48hrs). Mat was rolled up nicely on a bed of shredded card. There was a couple of nice surprises in the box in the form of stickers and a lil ducky. It also came with the orange air freshener. Quality is far superior to what i have experienced with other mats so far.

100% will recommend. 100% will order again.

These guys went the extra mile and then some...

(A bit of backstory) I originally placed an order with a different company I wont name *cough* iDG*ming *cough*. This was intended as a Birthday present for my son, however 3 weeks and one Birthday past, I still hadn't received my order, just a headache with back and forth emails. That is when this FANTASTIC company popped up as an ad on Facebook. With the Payday offer, it was just meant to be!

After a shockingly fast delivery (barely blinked) it had arrived, not only with the custom deskpad I ordered, but a few extra generous goodies to make up for the previous companies downfalls! I have never received such impeccable and selfless customer care in my entire online purchasing history.

As for the deskpad itself. I purchased a 600 x 300 and the quality is perfect 👌. I did only upload a 1920x1080 image (4K is recommended), but it has still came out flawlessly. A very happy, over the moon household right now!

Absolute same amazing quality and service as before. Asked Luke a question regarding the promo code via DM on Facebook on a Sunday afternoon and he responded straight away. Delivered first thing Tuesday morning too in their awesome boxes with stickers, air freshner and cute little duckies.

Awesome desk Matts I ordered three of them and they all turned up just as I was expecting they also help me change one of the colours of the desk matt to the right one before it got shipped out because of my own mistake

Got my mousepad today and was very impressed with the packaging it’s simple and very elegant. No wasted plastic which is good. It’s all made from cardboard. With a wooden hand drawn design.

The actual mat looks good and appears to be made with good fabric with stitching edges (which some may or may not like). The actual design looks good but It does run very slightly rough to the touch (same as other custom mousepads I’ve owned before) I’m only mentioning it for full disclosure it’s not a big issue. Although I do wonder why it happens because custom design mats from big companies like Logitech don’t seem to have this, I’m guessing it’s to do with the printing process.

Overall I am very happy with my mousepad.

Edit: all their mousepads seem to come with their company logo (technically stable) printed on it. Personally I don’t mind but depending on the design I can see how it would take away from the intended feel/atmosphere so I would suggest giving the customer the option to not have that logo. Trust me having the logo on the mats or not won’t impact your sales, giving people the option will likely get you more purchase if anything.

I recently ordered a custom mouse pad from Technically Stable. The packaging was brilliant (we love the duck) and the unboxing experience really made it feel like a premium purchase. However, when the product arrived, the print didn’t quite match my expectations; the contrast in my design was lost, and an important detail came out too dark.

Initially, I was a bit disappointed, especially when I didn’t receive a reply to my email. But then, to my surprise, I received a personal phone call from Luke, one of the owners. He explained that my email had gone to their spam folder, and as soon as he found it, he took action straight away.

Luke was friendly, honest, and genuinely cared about making things right. He went above and beyond with a generous gesture for the inconvenience.

It’s rare these days to find a business that responds with such sincerity and integrity. Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles them says everything. Technically Stable turned a rocky start into a genuinely positive experience, and I now have huge respect for the people behind the brand.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. The products are great, the service is personal, and it’s clear they really care about their customers.

Ordered at 2pm on the 30th of April, arrived on the 1st of May at 1:54. Not even 24 hours between ordering and receiving my order.

I absolutely love my blue swish dragon mat and desktop back drop! I can’t recommend these guys enough. My mat was packed beautifully in its funky box. The quality of the mat is awesome, my mouses glide perfectly. I was so happy with it all. I placed my order on the 20th and it all arrived on the 23rd. I was expecting this to be at least a week, especially given the fact it was bank holiday. But nope only took two days! Super happy with the end result. Thank you!
