Technet provided prompt service and a resolution when a fault developed eight months after purchase. Their technical support team responded in a timely manner and the issue was resolved in a matter of days.

I have some excellent motion activated solar lights from Tecknet, which are brilliant for lighting the garden up when walking down the path. I had an issue with a new light inpurchased in a pack of four and was really impressed with how quickly they sent me out a replacement. Great product and great company.

Very happy with our doorbell and the customer service was great. We thought that our first doorbell had stopped working and bought another. It turned out to be only a battery issue so I got in touch about a return. Mia was very helpful and accommodating in giving me options and was very responsive. I would definitely use tecknet in the future.

I ordered a Tecknet door bell thru Amazon, had problems with it chiming randomly at any time, often during the night. Contacted Tecknet on their help line, very quick response and they sent out a new unit and no quibble. This one works fine.

I have used Tecknet products for years but unfortunately had an issue with one of their headsets. A couple of emails later I had a replacement unit delivered , no hassle, all I had to supply was the usual Purchase Invoice and a couple of photos. Excellent Customer Service, a big thank you to the Team.

I have bought two headsets from Technet that failed in the last eighteen months - both for the same reason, a sticking on/off button. It’s a pity they didn’t deliver a higher quality product in the first place but good news that they replaced the second without a quibble.

Needed advice with a Tecknet doorbell that was going off randomly. Replaced battery and all worked again. Had the doorbell about 3 years. Same thing happened again and so replaced battery again, but did not work this time. Was in contact with Tecknet, who responded quickly to my queries and suggested that I purchased a new one as item was out of guarantee, and that they would give me a discount on it, and which they did. All contact was carried out in a helpful and courteous manner. Extremely good service and surprising in this day and age.

I have bought a mouse mat and I was not happy, returned it. They have wrote me and wanted to offer me a black one. I found it a very nice gesture. I have the black one now and I like it.

Purchased a few items from Tecknet and I have always been happy with them. On this occasion an item I purchased a couple of years ago broke down. I contacted customer support and they were extremely efficient and sent replacement right away. Couldn't ask for better service.

I had a three door bell set just over 6 months ago and a problem developed, the Customer service is brilliant' had an email back from them a couple of days latter asking for a bit mor information which I duly replied too. very next day received email to say that replacement was on its way, parcel arrived within two days. In this day and age, to have company deal with a problem like this, is fantastic, no delay in answering a email, no fobbing you off or making promise that they know are not going to keep, this company will go a long way. A great firm to deal with. I bought a wireless door bell about 10 months ago, one of the units developed a fault. On contacting support I got a very quick positive response and a new unit was dispatched without fuss. Equipment is excellent and I would definitely buy from them again
