I worked with Megan recently while looking for a new role as a developer. She gave a great overview of the role and what the company is about, so I knew it would be a great fit for me even before the interviews. I felt well informed on what each interview would entail, which helped me prepare for each stage accordingly and gave me confidence. She was really friendly and always kept me up to date on what was happening throughout the process.

I couldn’t be more impressed with TEC Partners. They have been hugely helpful through the whole process since I’ve been working with Microsoft, it’s all been so easy and transparent. I have been in close contact with Naseem throughout and I couldn’t recommend him and the company any more.

I interviewed with a small company that didn't have the most rigid interviewing structure, so James flexibility and advice was very helpful throughout.

I had the misfortune to deal with Ben Adams, we went through the various interviews for the role and the feedback from the recruiter was always very basic and cagey, however, I was told that they were happy and putting an offer together, at that point I had another offer and made the recruiter aware and I was told the offer would take a couple of days. After chasing I was told they offered to role to another candidate! I was about to turn down the other offer! AVOID!!!!
