The (DPD) collection of the lawn mower did not go to plan. The problem was quickly resolved. Excellent service. I could not be more pleased.

Quite simply it was great being able to source a replacement for my freezer and I thank you for that

Very helpful company. The original suggested part came but was incorrect and the company arranged a free collection and sent the alternative correct part. Yes I would use this company again.

An incorrect part was despatched despite a photograph of the damaged part having been provided to the kitchen company. Who assured me it had been forwarded with their email.
We waited a further week for the correct part to be delivered, only to realise there were no screws holding the 3 centre bars in place.
By which point we gave up and accepted the part, intending to move the screws ourselves.

As advertised. Properly described and promptly despatched. No complaints
