Signed up for a free lead magnet. Was told it would arrive 15 minutes after the email and was sent to an upsell page. No email after 30 minutes. None after an hour. Then one in my spam folder upselling me again to a bundle that apparently was worth $28,237.24 (or something ridiculously specific) incredibly reduced (by 50% apparently) to $7.99. Still no free lead magnet has appeared. Iâm trying to sell courses online and this joker makes it incredibly hard for us all to gain trust in the system. Fk right off Ted McGrath and your stupid scammy spammy upsells.

Ted McGrath is a seasoned entrepreneur who is in the business of helping others leverage their experience essentially 'borrowing' his successful formula of how he leveraged his own expertise to make millions. Ted is genuinely interested in helping others realize their goals and his team of Brandon, Meake, Luana, Karan, Diane, and Bill are dedicated staff helping both Ted and us be successful with execution support. I had always hesitated establishing my own coaching or consulting practice knowing how challenging it can be to get a start up off the ground. I knew I had the expertise that would bring value to the market but I was uncertain of how to approach it. When I signed up for the introductory program I knew I would have access to the same tools, resources and mentoring that had made him successful. He may not like me saying this but it's like buying into a franchise model without the ongoing royalties to pay monthly. I'm not saying its not a significant investment up front but a year later, I know I wouldn't be where I am in my entrepreneurial endeavor without Ted McGrath Brands. And I went from the simple idea of establishing a solo coaching practice to the vision of building a business that will scale into a portfolio of offerings in my niche expertise of being a trusted partner and strategic advisor to individual leaders and to corporate decision makers on how to best approach, structure and support true leadership advancement.
Now for the return on investment nothing was ever promised or guaranteed and it takes time to gain traction, and through continous testing and adapting the process, in the last 60 days, I have booked $32,000 with the potential to upsell to $48,000 when the client triggers the second part of the agreement for a guarantee of our services until there goal is reached. The weekly mastermind sessions and quarterly meetings with Ted have been instrumental in achieving this initial success.

These are the reasons I and my husband were very unhappy with Ted McGrath Brands LLC.
1. We were treated in a very unprofessional way by the CEO of the company (Woo).
2. After a Zoom conference with myself and two of their employees, they told us (me and my husband who was also on the call) that they would call back, but they never did.
3. I requested several documents from them, but they refused to send them.
4. I asked repeatedly to speak to Ted McGrath - the owner of the LLC, but was not allowed to have his contact info, either email or phone.
5. My medical condition was not taken into consideration which was the reason for my contacting them.
6. I continue to receive emails from Ted McGrath trying to get me to join more of his programs.
7. They do not follow through with their promises nor consider every aspect of your request.
8. This company that belongs to Ted McGrath is not represented well by its employees, has poor customer service, and they are undependable.

I'll be straight with you â yes, the upsells can add up fast. But here's what nobody tells you: you can say "no" to every single one of them and still get a solid education from the core modules. I did buy into the whole program, and I don't feel like it's a poor choice if you can afford it. I am making it work.
I've been in Ted's program for about four months now, and I'm genuinely enjoying it. The modules build on each other, which matters to me as someone who's spent over 25 years in education â I can tell when a course is thrown together and when someone actually thought about the learning progression. Ted thought about it.
The weekly live YouTube sessions are a highlight for me. Ted shows up, he teaches, he engages with people. I like him. He's got a lot of ideas and he's not stingy with them.
What surprised me most was the community. Ted pushes people in his program to connect and help each other, and it works. I've met some absolutely wonderful people from around the world that I wouldn't have crossed paths with otherwise.
Is it perfect? No. Is there room for improvement? Absolutely. But I will say this â in just the four months I've been involved, I've already seen positive changes happening. That tells me Ted and his team are actually listening. His assistant has been great to work with, too.
Bottom line: I'm learning a lot, and I'm glad I invested. If you go in with realistic expectations and skip the upsells you don't need, there's real value here.

I was sold a $1,997 program by Ted McGrath Brands after purchasing a $5 bundle I hadnât even opened yet.
Roe Desaro spent three hours pitching me â beginning with a long discussion about how committed she is to serving women. I was emotionally raw at the time (national and local chaos were peaking, and weâd just lost animals on our ranch). I asked to be treated with integrity â true fit or no sale â and repeatedly suggested we start with the smaller bundle. Instead, I was assured I âneeded more.â
Ms. Desaro promised email coaching support beyond the contract, a genuinely helpful Facebook group, and a monthly mastermind. None of it held up. The Facebook group has been abandoned for over a year. The âmastermindâ was just a pre-recorded video with a formal Q&A. The feedback I was promised came six weeks later â generic coachspeak after multiple disheartening follow-ups.
Immediately after I enrolled, Roe Desaro pressured me to sign a second agreement â outside the contract â restricting the professional methods I use with my clients. When I objected, she returned with softened language we could "both live with." Nothing like this was disclosed in the contract, the sales materials, or anywhere I can find about Ted McGrath Brands online.
The most serious breach came during refund discussions, when Ms. Desaro revealed she had shared homework submitted privately by my business partner and me â without our consent â with one of her personal coaching colleagues outside Ted McGrath Brands. This individual was described as being part of my extended circle, with â30 mutual Facebook friends.â
What kind of sales development company imposes off-contract restrictions on client work â then meets sincere, detailed concerns with verbal chess, deflection, and gaslighting?
This wasnât just a mismatch. It was a serious breach of trust.
Iâll be filing a BBB complaint.
If youâre considering this company, start small, read the fine print, check the reviews â and always listen to your gut.

I can't believe what a scam his site is! I attempted to make a $1.00 purchase but the item wouldn't populate. Only option was the next $27 upsell product. I called the support line 323 577-4712 and an automated call asking about car insurance proceeded to give me a pitch. I thought I had the wrong number? Called back again.
This time it was an AI bot congratulating me as it offered me a free medical device. I interrupted asking if it was a human. It immediately transferred me to ANOTHER AI bot, although it alleged a human rep was getting on the line. I asked that bot if it was human to which it hung up on me. I called back a third time and was notified I have exceeded my calls on tha line and hung me up.
This is a reptilian snake oil sales piece of dirt who deserves to be exposed for all that it is not.

Ted's modules are broken down into easy-to-follow steps. Lots of great content in bite-sized pieces so we can practice a new skill before moving to the next lesson. Easy to access modules, lifetime access, and group coaching that feels like 1:1 coaching. We get real support, and if we need it, they will call us and reach out for 1:1 assistance. Super responsive. Specifically, Brandon is an excellent trainer who ensures we truly understand.

Can I put a 0 star. This is a scammer.
⢠The product was not delivered as advertised.
⢠The online platform contained repeated technical glitches that prevented full access to the promised materials.
⢠When I did go in and fill out the homework and lessons it would not save what I had added. I was told early on by Diane that they knew this one an issue and they were in the process of changing that part of the system. So all of the lessons I had filled out for my refund were lost. It would take me hours to fill them out again.
⢠I also asked Diane and Joanna 5 times on the evening of 9-4-25 to send me the lessons so I can fill them out. They would not do it. They wanted to go on a zoom or call with me and I said no.
⢠The product does not come close to doing what is promised.
⢠Customer service finally responded on 9-4 but does not want to send me the homework needed..
⢠My coaching call with their representative, Diane Hutchings, did not resolve these issues and instead attempted to upsell me additional products. And Diane told me in the onboarding call there was an issue with the exercises submitted not always being saved. She also told me they were in the process of changing the system.
⢠I REQUESTED A REFUND BUT THEY WOULD NOT, IN FACT JOANNA WILL NOT EVEN RESPOND TO ME NOW.
Avoid this company at all costs!!

I was duped into paying $10 for a phone call, thinking I was going to learn about marketing. As the credit card bill states, I paid for an ebook, Cold Traffic Funnels, which I never received. I believe this is going to be a high-pitched sales call in which I'm just reselling his course or products. using his sales funnel, in which he gaslights you and says you're standing in your own way

I bought a $9.99 course from Ted McGrath and you are given a âfreeâ coaching call which you canât decline.
I wanted to go through the course first to see if I found it valuable, but was coerced to book the call first.
So I scheduled the call and I asked right at the start âis this just an upgrade call to a more expensive courseâ
I was given the answer that the call was to discover what kind of help I needed.
First part of the call was the coach basically finding out my motivation and emotional and driving factors. Next part was a vague description of the course Iâd be buying which has been super successful for previous adopters.
The price was given a $10,000 value reduced to $2997reduced today only to $1997 which equated to only £1504.
I had some doubts and wanted to see the 30 day money back guarantee in detail. It requires you to have had a strategy session with a minimum of 15 people, so basically a coaching call like the one I was on convincing the customer to buy my course. That immediately turned me off, and I knew it wasnât the right fit for me. Tried to tell the coach I wasnât interested but was basically given little chance to speak.
The coach then tried to intimate that I was being difficult by saying she didnât understand why I was kicking back, all their other customers thanked them for this opportunity and offer.
She continued trying to wear me down with emotional guilt using the things I had said were important to me in the first half of the call and I was the only person getting in my way.
Felt like I was being gaslighted.
I actually broke down in tears and handed the phone to my husband. I walked away and came back 5 mins later and she was still talking! Using guilt trip techniques.
Absolutely awful, horrific experience!

Tremendous help and program. As a new entrepreneur in the space, the program helps develop your message, vision, and path forward. It helps to provide clarity and focus to allow your time to be best spent.
I thank God for Trustpilot hoping this site may help by passing this referral on to Ted Mcgrath Brands It appears to me that this company can't be trusted to honour its commitment as to a refund as given in their description on their Facebook advertisement. They have given me nothing but the run around saying I have received a free version and I haven't made a purchase, they claim I must give them the email address with which I joined up as they don't have me on their files. I have supplied the only 2 emails that I have, I have given them copies of deductions they have taken from my bank account which also has my email address attached, and yet I find they still will not acknowledge deducting money from my bank account a month later.
Complete scam. I signed up and never received how to log in and when I requested a recording of the seminar I haven't received a response. I googled them and I see I am not the only one. DON'T DO IT
Charged me twice $19.50,& $19,950.After 12-13 contact zero email nor return call.
I paid money to join the program. I received a free 'coaching' call, which started by telling me they have no interest in scamming or upselling me. It was a 3-hour call. It ended with her saying if I want to really kick into overdrive, I should purchase the more expensive $8k program. Only half the amount was charged. I fixed the issue with my credit card, texted them, and.... no response. So I called and emailed and texted and... no response. When you login to the platform it shows you all the products available - without illuminating which products you've purchased and have access to. There is one FB Community Group for all of those products - and I see no activity there. I was initially intrigued by the concept that when he said "he should have died, but miraculously survived" - which is certainly the summary of my medical phenomenon. Then I watched the first video and... ummmm.... no. He partied too hard and drank too much alcohol and after he survived that he went and found Jesus. No comparison. I filed a complaint elsewhere and have called and emailed and.... no reponses.
I am very dissatisfied with Ted McGrath Brands. I purchased a virtual ticket for his live event on 12/8 - 12/11/2022 for $197 and never received a confirmation or link or any information at all. Emailed 3 times, no response. Called the "office" number at (323) 577-4712 and left 2 messages, no call back. The 3rd time I called it went right into someone's voice mail (201-928-5004). I'm not sure what's going on but it doesn't sound too professional to me. Very frustrated.
