I made a wrong purchase and the website says 14 day money back guarantee. In the fine print it says FULL refund within 14 days. Then below it says May be subject to service fee which is confusing. If there is a fee then donât say itâs a FULL refund. I was charged the service fee even though it said FULL refund on the website and requested only a few minutes after purchasing. Just know that you will not get your full money back.
