WORST COMPANY EVER...DONT PURCHASE
WORST COMPANY EVER.....DOESNT RETURN EMAILS, ordered Aug last year and wont even tell me when its due....if i dont hear from them, im having them shut down as a scam. I ordered from your webiste directly, which mind you says that EVERYTHING IS IN STOCK. Your a joke.

At first I waited a long time and was really angry. The shoes were not the right size.

Bad quality and no response from costumer service
Bought their 48 switch bag in 2020. It looked good but after one year of usage for work, the zippers stopped working properly. After at little more than a year I couldn't use that bag at alle because all the zippers was ruined.
Tried to contact them several times, but I don't get any response at all.

Tefors La Marque pen scam
I have ordered the La Marque pen from them Jun 2021. I have received the confirmation about my order and then haven't heard from them in alost 3 months. I wrote to them 4 times, without any answer. On Sep 20th, 2021 I get a first-ever reply that says shortly something like this: 'sorry we are having your pen sent to engraving and it will be ready for shipping in 1-2 weeks'. After that, I haven't heard from them. I wrote, but without any answer.
If it is a scam, or if it isn't, I don't know — but I know that this is a disastrous experience. I would even prefer a scam, you know what you get from such and you move on. From Tefors, you'll get ghosting with one email over 3-4 months and rethinking if you should write that review if the product gets to your doors. I still didn't get my product, but even if I do, this review shall be written, hence they don't do anything well with communicating with their customers (neither upfront or during the process) and they do take your money and use it for a year without sending the product (current status).

Bought a product a year ago and still have not received anything. No replies to my emails either. They run a online scam. Don't by anything on it!

The service desk is not what i was hoping. They ignore my emails. I have bought a pen and waiting to receive it for almost 5 months.
Sorry Tefors. Usualy i dont write reviews....

I bought a pen from them last june so id get it for the end of july
They kept sending mails that the project of the pen was not done and that the first batch received was not up to their standard .. they stop sending mails by October
This is the last mail
