I missed the payment deadline and my VPS was cancelled. Support responded quickly, restored my service and most importantly - kept my original IP address. Fast, polite and helpful. Fair pricing too. Recommended!
Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with the service and technical support.
My VPS is advertised with âUnlimited / 1 Gbpsâ traffic, but I am experiencing serious network performance issues. I have provided detailed tests showing severe packet loss and TCP stalls, especially in the Client â VPS direction. The issue is not limited to iperf3; it also affects real connections such as SSH/SCP.
I submitted all the test results to technical support and marked the ticket as high priority. However, after approximately two days, the ticket is still waiting without a technical response or solution.
For a VPS provider, network quality and timely technical support are extremely important. I hope the technical team investigates the issue properly and provides a solution.
If the problem is resolved and I receive a satisfactory technical explanation, I will be happy to update my review accordingly.

Nice service, i use 2y and i didn't have any problem for all time
At the beginning when I got the server, it had issues and it took several days to replace it with another server. After that, the network speed dropped drastically and they gave me some nonsense explanations. And that was after a few days of responding to the ticket. Overall, I do not recommend them at all. Their network quality and support are terrible.
For last month vps two times down. First time with data loose. Waiting for support in tickets 48h - no reply. VPS offline.
