Quick and easy install from Bell tech
Quick and easy install from Bell tech. However he did give me the wrong information on which port to plug into but I was able to get it working shortly after figuring out the correct port to connect the modem to. Speed is really good.

Always been happy with the service
Always been happy with the service. Any problems I've had have been addressed promptly and fixed right away. Customer support has been great. Always getting stated speeds with no lag.

Very happy with the service
Very happy with the service. It never goes down. I have the modem in the basement and the second floor of my home it doesn’t lag at all

Great customer service.
I had to call them twice and they did provide me great support. I felt a important customer. Way better than my other provider and the same speed is also cheaper. What can I ask more? Maybe a pizza 😁
