I've had Telcan for a year now. It's great! I have a lower speed package and the speed is still great.
Any issues, they resolve quickly. Customer service is very helpful. The one time where there was a service issue ..some technical thing that needed repair..they sent everyone notice. It was resolved within 6 or so hours. They immediately s not a notice saying the next months bill would have 20% off.
Their fees are low compared to others.bi was paying twice as much before i changed. Living on pension only, i can't tell you how much I'm grateful for this!

Was easy to setup, modem arrived in mail days before connection went live. The speeds have been consistent and as promised. They've also made attempts to reimburse me as a customer due to a Rogers network outage. I'd recommend

Telcan has been very understanding regarding payment of my bill... lost my job in the summer, but they were kind enough to let me work on a payment plan for a couple of months. Now I'm all squared up! Thanks all!

A hastlefree internet service with low cost with unlimited usage and last but not the least is high speed.

I signed up with Telcan for my internet and so far it has been a huge disappointment. I signed up for 300 mbps.
On a good day I get 48 mbps.
Most days I am getting 8 mbps which is pretty much useless.
Stay away from their internet packages, the prices are great but the service is lousy and when I call their customer service all I get is a long list of excuses.

Calling India via Telcan.com using your smart phone is the fastest, most convenient and the cheapest. But, Telcan offers eight (8) ways to call to and from India. Everyone does not have a smart phone, but, no problem. Calling via Telcan is so cheap it is almost free.
I use and recommend the VoiP app, but, these are the other ways to call:
Toll Free, Local Access, Access using Skype and MagicJack and even One Touch Calling.

Their prices are very competitive, call quality is great and their customer service is very friendly.

The price of Telcan's service and the service itself are great. I use their phone card minutes all the time to call home. I wanted to leave this review after having used their customer service and had a great experience. I recommend them to everyone!

I've used a number of India calling service providers over the years but the one that sticks out to me as both dependable and dynamic is TelCan. As if their support team and phone apps weren't enough they also have a great rate per minute. My extended family in India is close to me and my family because we can talk every Sunday night for a low rate. The small price I pay to use their service is so worth it I'd stick with even if they tripled the price! Thanks TelCan!

I signed up with Telcan in which provided call rate $0.016 per minutes for India. I purchased $10 card and got 625 minutes.I made calls though both GlobalTel App. and Access number. Both are working fine. After 2 months, when I made calls I got more minutes with my rest Telcan balance then I contacted on Telcan live chat. They said me, India call rate has reduced and your rest balance has also changed automatically for new call rate. Its interesting service, I like it........

I recently signed up with Telcan which provided call rate 0.011 per minute. I paid 10$ and had 900+ minutes in my account. I made few calls which would sum up around 30 minutes. Today, I heard the voice prompt saying that have 600+ minutes. I called the customer service to check what is going on. They said they increased the call rate to 0.018 and sent an email to the customers. Now I realize that these guys are specialized in stealing money from people using these trick. I am fooled. Stay away with these guys.

I had issues with ability to make calls through my iPhone 5. I dropped an email to support and my issue was resolved within 24hrs. I am able to make all my calls perfectly fine now.
