It is extremely difficult to get in touch with anyone at your establishment. I have called, Emailed, and texted but it was a stupid BOT which was/ is of no help to me. I am abroad and returning in a few days. I still don't have lights nor do I know who is responsible for reinstalling the poles which are down.

The service was excellent and I would 100 percent recommend it to anyone who are sending credit back home ,quick and fast,not like the other providers was not working at time of hurricane Melissa ,telephone Jamaica was very reliable especially if there is a disaster ,thank you very much for your great service
