The promotions we advertise are usually set by the local operators (Digicel, in this case) and we can't do anything about their conditions. The T&C for this promotion were displayed on the website at the time when you placed your recharge.

Thank you for your feedback. You can get free minutes through our Thank You program. There are two ways in which you can earn Thank You points:
1. each time you place an order, 2% of its value is turned into Thank You points
2. if a friend of yours opens an account with us using your referral code, when he places his first order you receive 500 Thank You points. You can find your referral code in your account information and you can also email it to friends from that section.
When you reach 1,000 Thank You points, you can convert them into $10 free Voice Credit. Right now, you have 792 points in your account.
