It is very important that the truth is not distorted.
We never got to court.
We engaged lawyers and we couldn’t afford to continue to pay them so we discontinued their services.
It is unbelievable that OUR lawyers would have told you our chances are minimal. Does not sound true.
How could the Swiss legal system find no grounds in our case when we never got to court.
I hope you, at TellCo Europe will do the honorable thing and return the funds we paid to you.
We are happy you have not denied that we paid you $181,864.00 and you delivered nothing.
We are a company in Nigeria that wanted to purchase products from Tellco Europe to resell. I sent them the sum of $12,000 precisely 6years ago i.e. March 2018. The company is yet to return my money or supply to me any products. Our Company name is Rubesco Energy Ltd aka Ruby Energy Solutions. All our emails and text messages to Tellco Europe remain unanswered till today. We need a Consumer Protection Agency to come to our aid.

It is important to provide a complete and accurate account of the situation since 2018. You and Dotun Tokun initiated legal action against us in Swiss court but eventually discontinued it after being advised that your chances of success were minimal.
You did not mention that you were involved in the same case as Dotun Tokun, and both of you played a role in this issue. Despite the legal challenges and additional costs we incurred for legal representation, we continued to engage with you and even offered alternative solutions, which you refused.
Please be transparent about the whole story. We attempted to negotiate and find a resolution, yet you and your partner, Dotun Tokun, seemed to influence each other in these actions. Unfortunately, both of you had little chance to succeed in the Swiss courts.
We consider this case closed on this platform, but we wanted to provide a fair response online. If you wish to continue this conversation, we are open to discussing this outside of this platform. For your information, you and Dotun Tokun are the only companies with whom we have experienced such claims.
We are proud Reseller of Tello-Europe for India and Oman since 2020 .
Since then ,We are working with them to market their Products and Concept since then in India and Oman 🇴🇲.
We found many products are designed and Developed by the Tello-Europe team to suite to the Market and mainly for the Residential & Commercial and Industrial segment mainly off grid or stand alone power system to cater the different categories of Prosumers and consumers .
Indeed a really alternate source of Solar Energy Products with Global standards and certification.
We wish to Grow with Tello-Europe by promoting their state of art technological products in big markets like India and an affluent market like Oman 🇴🇲.
