I placed an order for two units on April 16th, and despite repeated follow-ups, they were not delivered until May 3rd. Regrettably, these devices appear to be a costly and subpar imitation of the Fire Stick. They arrive with three pre-installed applications that require a paid subscription, such as Prime Video. Furthermore, the remote control exhibits functional deficiencies and relies on an IR receiver. While I could initiate a return due to the products not matching their description, I anticipate this would be an unproductive endeavor. This experience has served as a valuable, albeit expensive, lesson. I advise against purchasing this product.

First I was really surprised that my call was answered so quick and late at night. The gentlemen I spoke with was very professional and curious to my needs. But I sorry to say item didn't work for me.

We had trouble connecting tellystick and reached out for help. They were very good about getting back to me and trying to help. Great job

First of all I ordered one and they charged me 4. I call immediately and they said they will send 1 and adjust it but the didn’t. The item doesn’t work and I call to return. They kept telling me to fill a survey first which kept going either no email arrived to do the survey or 4 surveys arrived after several calls. They have no intentions to give you instructions for return so I file a dispute claim before the deadline. Don’t buy it!

Doppel Bestellung dirch deren Server Fehler. Hatte dann die Zusage bekommen, dass 50% erstattet werden. Danach Schweigen. Musste alles bezahlen.
Finger weg, ist ein komplett betrügerisches China Unternehmen, die nicht das einhalten, was sie geschrieben hatten. NIE WIEDER, und die Klage beim Verbraucherschutz läuft!

I don't like to keep adding items to my orders

The process to get downloads and stations was a lot more complicated than I thought it would be. I bought the sticks for my wife to be able to find shows easily but that is not the case.

They were very helpful on the phone, the item was just not what we needed so have to send back. If you needed these items they are great to buy. They just dont do what we needed. Very helpful staff.

CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS A-#1 .I CAN'T RATE THE TELLY-STICK FOR THE FACT I'M IN THE HOSPITAL FOR A STAY. I'VE HAD COMMUNICATION WITH A COUPLE OF EMPLOYEES WHO WERE FANTASTIC, AND I'M SURE THEY WILL GIVE ME GREAT DIRECTION ON RETURNING THE TELLY STICKS. WHEN I LEAVE THE HOSPITAL IN THE NEXT FEW WEEKS AND GO AND DO MY REHAB, SOMETIMES IN THE FUTURE I MAY LOOK INTO THE STICK AGAIN . THANK YOU RUSS4/12

The last review I wrote on 4_20 ,was complimentary, while this one is not.. The telly stick did not work and I requested a refund
At first I thought I would be taken care of. That did not happen
I was offered 2 different amts and not send equipment back. I don't want the equipment
It doesn't work. I finally said I would accept $100 for a refund instead of my $177.Seems fair for them. I am still losing $77. They refused and gave me no information to return the items and emails have mysteriously disappeared. It sure makes me feel like a scam

Ordered 3. They charged, and sent me 6!, Won’t connect to my WiFi! Wouldn’t let me send them back,,,offered 25% of total cost!! Got em up to 75% ! Accepted that because I was tired of arguing with them!
