I believe your directions need to show…

I believe your directions need to show items plugged in and then plugged into the TV. My TV layout does not match your directions on top of that. You have to pull the TV out to get to these different spots which causes its own difficulties.
Your system also shows that seems to be near the Wi-Fi router and I’m not trying to use it in that regards.
Just get your pictures with the plugs in and where they plug into the TV combined.
You have the whole back of the direction sheet empty that could show these pictures. Much better.

The product didn’t work

The product didn’t work , so I think it needs a revision on the way that it works fast to connect to internet and the hall process.

very good and polite response

very good and polite response: the tv that we intended it for was too old and did not have the correct connections build in. we managed to plug it in with an adapter sufficiently enough to see that the devise would have worked but the controller did not activate (we tried two new sets (of two each) of batteries just to be sure that the batterys were not an issue) . . . the problem was that the tv was not "smart" .
