I followed the instructions that were given connected everything the way it should. It came up on my screen, and I tried to initiate connecting to my Internet after a long wait it came back and said that my Internet was not available. I have all of my devices on this Internet, and it should’ve worked password was good and everything. I’ve tried it on another TV. And the same thing happened I called your organization. You have no technicians on board not able to help me rectify the problem so I’m sending it back. Thank you.

Be more descriptive in your advertisement. I already have these channels and every thing I want cost, so in there is always a bill associated with this TV Stick, but its still not free.
I already have the TV Stick, this one is slow and everything cost, don't waste your money. They tripled my order and the cost to $277.00. I expect a full refund!!!

The Tellystick did not work I could not download any apps there was no storage space as was metioned in the setting said 125gb and only 1.56mb available don't know why this happened. I am not a new user with streming devices I know how they should work and this one does'nt I like to try new things when they come out was very dissapointed with this one

The above issue is not true . They did not cancel the duplicate order.
Also nothing is free on the device, Every app loaded requires you to log into your account, and pay for the streaming service. Now have five of them . Should have just purchased more “ Firesticks “

Do not buy it is useless has nothing on it loaded. I tried contacting them to instruct me on how to load the free channels and you can't. The product is useless and after 2 months of trying they won't take it back.

Warum gibt die Bildzeitung den Betrügern eine Plattform. Es gibt noch mehrere Chinabetrüger die ihren Billigschrott in Bild anbieten. Erst mal das Impressum lesen und bei China Adressen Finger weg. Eine Rückerstattung nach Rücksendung gibt es meisten nur wenn man die Horrorportokosten übernimmt. PayPal hat meinen Fall zu Gunsten des Verkäufers geschlossen.
