Living in Arizona and needing to carry my insulin with me I've been worried about its effectiveness. Then after reading about the Vivicap I purchased one.

I recently purchased a vivicap and I must say it's a brilliant concept. No more worrying if your insulin is at the correct temperature. It's not bulky and fits in with my lifestyle. The customer service is excellent and answers any questions, queries in a very satisfactory, efficient manner. Thank you . Definitely deserve a 5☆ rating.

This product kept my insulin safe for 7 very hot sunny days on vacation.

It’s so much simpler than products which require “prep” (such as charging, freezing, or activating) — I just inserted my insulin pen, put it in my bag, and went on with my trip.

I was skeptical about the functionality and hesitant with the price, but I’m now convinced that it works and is totally worth it.

I was trying to return two items and the return process was extremely time-consuming. Not very happy that I have to pay Shipping to return When the website said moneyback guarantee.

Quick delivery, items just as described!

Good (albeit pricey) product. Fast shipping. Only smaller issue was that TemperaMed somehow managed to instruct DHL to send the shipment to an incorrect address (different from what was on my order confirmation). However, I managed to get DHL to deliver to the correct address, so it all ended well.

User-friendly, punctual delivery, and appropriately packaged. As advertised.

I bought two of the Vivi caps and they stopped working correctly the very first day. I just thought it was me and I’ve tried sending them back but not getting any response and I’ve had three vials of insulin go bad because of your cats they don’t work.

I travel a lot and find the VIVI cap to be the most convenient method available to keep my insulin safe no matter what temperature range I may find myself in.
And it removes any concern I have with “is my insulin safe”. I have one for bolus and one for basal. The units are quality made using space age materials and technology. I have found Tempramed to deliver a high degree of customer service by doing what they say they will do including quick delivery and follow through after ordering.

This is a marvelous company that’s a step above others in diabetes care. It takes the guesswork and worry away from how to keep your insulin at the correct temperature. They are wonderful to deal with and make customer service a priority.

AMAZING and game changing. Vivi cap kept my insulin in perfect working order whilst in the Sahara desert in temperatures exceeding 50 degrees Celsius. I couldn’t be more grateful. What peace of mind! I cannot recommend these enough.

My father has been a loyal user of this product for a few years by now, and he absolutely loves it. He particularly appreciates it's ease of use, as it functions effectively without requiring any additional effort on his part. Given the daily use, this aspect of convenience is incredibly significant. Truly deserves 5 stars!
