We’re sorry that your delivery took longer than expected, especially after you selected expedited shipping. Our deliveries are handled by independent third party carriers, so unfortunately transit times are outside our direct control. We completely understand the frustration when a delivery does not arrive within the expected timeframe and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

We completely understand why receiving a product in packaging that appeared unsealed would raise concerns, even if the device itself appeared unused and undamaged.

We take product quality very seriously, and every VIVI device is subject to strict quality control procedures to ensure it meets our standards for safety, performance and reliability. In cases where a product is being returned for evaluation, return shipping is generally the responsibility of the customer.

That said, we appreciate that your concern relates specifically to the condition in which the package arrived. Therefore our Customer Service team reviewed again the circumstances of order and we will in contact with you to make sure the case is dealt with to your satisfaction.

Regarding price, we completely understand your comment. VIVI Cap is a long-term protective device, not a disposable cooling pouch or a short-term accessory. When the cost is broken down over years and years of daily use, it becomes a very small daily investment for the peace of mind it provides, especially when protecting medication that is essential, sensitive, and often very expensive.

Unfortunately, international shipping is handled by third-party carriers, and from time to time, there are delays or delivery issues outside our direct control. We do understand that the responsibility to support you is ours, and we always do our best to make things right.
