Works great. No more ice bags when I travel!

I love the simplicity of this product. No batteries, charging, refrigerating etc. It is so easy to use and keep the efficacy of your insulin extremely high.

I ordered the incorrect ViviCap for my InPen. Customer service was great. As soon as I provided shipping confirmation of incorrect cap, they shipped me the new multi model.
The entire transaction was done via email, which meant no time away from work for a phone call.
