When you are said to be 99.5% of the way to free gifts, when you are indeed, at least 14000 points in 'waterings' away, then in this country (if they had a physical business here), it would be considered misleading and deceptive conduct.

I got a refund of £10 credited to my temu account , I then bought something for £25 less the credit I already paid made it £15 , but they won’t send it until my order is over £20 meaning I have to buy more crap to take it over £20 , even though my purchase was £25 , so they getting money off of me twice , & all the promotions are just a con

I would give zero stars if possible.
This company are very deceptive in their so called deals and final charges.
Temu lead you to believe that everything is above board, whereas from my own, and thousands of others experience this is totally untrue.
Today I was told I could have 6 items for free. After spending a while choosing I went to my basket. My free gifts were missing. The other items I had in my basket totalled £22.10 and written clearly was YOU WILL BE CHARGED £22.10 BUT, when I arrived in checkout it had gone up to £66.44 Two thirds more.
I went onto chat and eventually spoke to a person that we shall call S, who assured me he'd would look into it. After being on line for nearly an hour, I received a generic post quoting, '"Dear Customer, Thank you for your continued support etc etc,"
That was the end of the chat according to Temu, and I heard nothing more from S.
It made me feel as though myself, and millions of other customers, are being scammed by Temu. They are being careless with the truth when they tell you one price in the basket and then increase it by two thirds at the checkout, as if you won't notice!
By the time Consumers get to the check-out they are exhausted playing crack the egg and shuffle the cups games, and so they just check out and pay up..
I have to speak up for all these people, because it's unfair and non compliant.
Hence Temu's rating of 2.1 stars.

Een paar maanden terug begonnen met (meest) electronische onderdelen te bestellen om mijn, al 10 jaar geleden, gestopte modeltreinhobby weer op te starten. Deze onderdeeltjes zijn (hoewel minder mooi/degelijk) van TEMU vèèl goedkoper. Het meeste werkte wel maar motortjes draaien niet. En een chip/transistor metertje is van slechte kwaliteit. Ik had 3 klepkastjes gemaakt en kreeg met veel moeite de benodigde grepen en scharnieren geleverd wat òòk extra geld kostte omdat ze het verkeerde stuurden.

Reseño nuevamente la falta de honestidad de TEMU, me contestaron en Trustpilot que les contactara desde su web para atender mis quejas. Esto no ha sido posible ni cierto !! Desde mi experiencia real, Temu es venta fraudulenta, que se sirve de inconscientes youtuber, educando en comprar y tirar, ventas engañosas, máximos residuos no biodegradables amenazan mi planeta. Temu esclaviza a toda una población, forzada a fabricar día y noche sus productos. Han valorado mis compras co 5 estrellas y nada se puede hacer.

Heb dubbele bestelling moeten betalen terwijl maar 1 ontvangen. Met klantenservice bezig geweest, maar kom je ook niet verder mee, want geven de post de schuld.

Ive requested a refund of more than 20000 rupees right after i received my order as per full refund policy .. its been more than 2 months no one come to take orders back. Now they are saying that its more than 90 days so i cant take refund … they are just scammers fraud.. I will advise to everyone that do not use them.. you will not get the item which they showed on their website picture..

I point out that as soon as I made cats on TEMU I had the unpleasant surprise in the following week to make the obet of attempted fraud on my account with the same card which served these purchases ... Curious

Es ist Chinaware, die Klamotten sind meist aus synthetischen Materialien, aber passiert wenn man bei den Größen schaut.

Die Lieferungen kamen bis jetzt immer zeitlich passend und vollständig.

I have been seeing Temu ads and pop-ups for months. Remember the key phrase: IF IT SEEMS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, THEN IT ISN'T. A chinese dump firm for miscellaneous items of low quality.

Impossible to contact TEMU. Extremely unprofessional customer support. They just write nonsense apologize. Really annoying. Never reply emails nor really addressing issues. Very strange people. They branch from return/refund policy. They accept like fraud. I let them read this before posting.

Bonjour Je voulais vous informer que ferait plus de commande chez Temu. Suite manque de respect - livraison; les colis sont déposé en trottoir ou il y as beaucoup de passage a Bruxelles! Pourtant j'ai déjà signalé le souci mais on fait rien, donc ils il y a du vol !

Suite aux mauvaises expériences je supprime Temu et je vais chez Amazone là il y a aucun souci de livraison.

Twijfelde door negatieve berichten om bij Temu te kopen. Maar ervaring is prima.
Ik kreeg alles op tijd binnen. En bij teruggestuurde artikelen gelijk mijn geld terug.
Ook retour bon werkte prima.
